today I'm taking you with me through a day in the life filled with unpacking boxes and opening up about my life changes. 🌼
I truly feel like so much has happened in the past couple of weeks that this felt like a much needed update and little reality check.
Moving is messy, moaing is exhausting and not always having a "presentable" home is absolutely normal.
So is having a hard time adjusting to life changes. So I wanted to open up to you and share my thoughts and feelings. ✨

You don’t have to share every aspect of your life Emma, we are so here for you and love you so much. 🧡 it’s ok to be a little uncomfortable in a new area and have uncertainty of how things will turn out, but it will all work out. And self care is so important, it’s nice to just focus on you and nobody else sometimes. Hope you feel better from the teeth procedures! I feel like we've recently come up with this ridiculous standard of skipping the process and going straight to the outcome, which simply can't be done. Sometimes we need to stop, take a breather and remind ourselves to enjoy the process. YOU ARE DOING GREAT, Emma. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I’ve been in my retro house for nearly 2 years and still not finished 😅don’t put pressure on yourself with renovating and unpacking, you will get there and the flat will be amazing. It sounds like you are in a time of transition, but in a good place. Try be kind and patient with yourself is all I can say. It’s normal to feel unsettled when you move, no matter how many times you’ve moved in the past. You will get there :) ps the bread box is chefs kiss, what a great find 🤩

Give yourself a break my friend. You've done so many things since I've known you. Take care of getting your home put together first because once that is done your mind will be clear and you can start to figure out what your next project will be. You are an extremely creative person. Anything you choose to do with your life will benefit the rest of the world! Love you!❤

I love filming these videos and taking you with me when redoing my home but I’ll just upload them whenever I can and take the pressure of wanting everything to be perfect away. Dear Emma, thank you for uploading this video. I am from Israel and I desperately need escapism right now with everything that is happening. I wanted to tell you, please try to nor expose yourself too much to the horrors that are happening here, they can be especially difficult for a young mother.

The overall would look stunning with some embroidery! Even something simple like one flower or leaf for example :) I absolutely enjoy these vlogs and little somethings from your life! I relate so much to you when it comes to hobbies, I am having real trouble to do them just for fun, cause inside my head is always thought that I need to be best in it or worse how I could make money using it. I struggle with it a lot, but I am just trying to do little steps without these beliefs and trying to enjoy my simple non perfect life more and more :) So thank you for reminding me that I am not alone and for making me realizing it. Ahh but the “perfect” people online often
- finish one corner and only film that one
- hire professional movers
- sacrifice in other ways (their mental health, or they unpack boxes at night instead of sleeping etc)

Isn’t that insane? I remember getting it and realizing that the title on the movie and the box weren’t the same and I was so confused. No idea why they did that
I don’t know exactly what you mean when you say you almost lost yourself. Looking at the videos that are from your old apartment I’ve noticed you do seem like a different person. You seem so much more calm and centered and peaceful now. Saying that though, I would I like to see your renovation series when and if you able come to a closure with that time and not be hurt by it.
