Audio is still one of my favorite albums from anybody, and it remains a major influence on me as a musician. It's gotten me through a lot of rough and great times.
Audio was an album that changed how I viewed music entirely. I was 10 when it was released but was not exposed to it until around 13. However, I had just started to play drums and fell deep into learning the tribal sounds and patterns of this album. Even had dreams of becoming a Blueman performer in high school. I have seen them live 5 times and will eventually take my own son to see them one day. Thank you BMG for redefining music and art!!!!
After years of waiting, I finally got to see the Blue Man Group for the first time in Chicago last month! It was one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen, and I immediately fell in love with their music!!

As a drummer, this album melted my 9 year old mind. It was the first CD I ever got and, frankly, I can’t even begin to guess how many hours of play time it’s had. First time I could hang in there all the way through Klein Mandelbrot… well, I was a very happy kid.
Ah yes, the album that I never got back from a friend of mine. Hope he enjoyed it and is still enjoying it after all of this time. Here's to another 25 years and perhaps another great album to come! Rock on BMG!
I feel so lucky to have been chosen from the audience to join Blue Man Group on stage in Boston many years ago. It was a once in a lifetime event and blue has been my favorite color ever since.
Seriously one of the best albums ever recorded! I use this album to test all of my sound equipment whenever I get something new. Also, as a Stick plater, I'm loving all the Chapman Stick footage in this video!
It's just incredible that this band has never needed words to express anything in a song really, how they always deliver a whole range of emotions and/or feeling and impact with just the genius sound of pipes and other instruments is what sets them apart from everyone else but in the best way possible because only Blue man group can do what they do, how they do it. Truly the best alien minds have come together for this. They're there with alien minds like Leo Moracchioli, Harry Mack, Nadia Rose, NF, Ren, Chinchilla, TOOL in the current trend of alien musical minds and more... All of which are a right unto their own lanes.

I cannot adequately express my love for Audio. It is a perfect album. I bought the CD in VEGAS when I was in high school without having seen BMG, cuz I knew that I would love it. I studied for tests to it all through college, and I listen to it still as a theatre carpenter and lighting technician on days I need inspiration. Thank you for this music :)
Growing up this was always the top played album on my iPod. Been a huge fan since I first saw BMG in 2000 when I was 12. I've now been to 8 BMG shows, and they never disappoint. The only album to replace Audio in my top played was Three. I don't know why Endless Columns just hit me right in the feelings this morning, probably a nostalgia hit reminding me of all the times I spent listening to your albums and the great family vacations where we saw your shows. Keep doing what you do!

My career in live lighting production and theatre wouldn't exist without Audio and Blue Man Group. It helped a 13 year old me tap into the power of synesthesia as a style and how to visualize music, whike also tapping into the parts of my brain to help my creative direction grow. This with seeing the show in Astor Place Theatre helped me rediscover my love of live performance and helped show me anything was possible on stage and that art has no rules. Thank you Blue Man Group. For everything. Gonna give this a long overdue relisten today.

I still hear this album and watch the Rockstar DVD. I ask you regularly for a remaster on 4K of this, or a series of videos on UA-cam, or the Rockstar show on Netflix/AppleTV/Amazon/any-streaming. I'm planing to buy a graphics card only to use AI and do that for the Rockstar DVD.
I just realized the Russian Kola super deep borehole is just the biggest tube instrument ever constructed. You guys should drum on it and see what it sounds like

Definitely one of the best things ever put to recording. I still vastly prefer the non-vocal Blue Man stuff, and this is why!

I saw them back in 2003 during the first half of the Superbowl and had the time of my life. I'm glad they're still going strong.
