@@ShuttleLife I was talking abt the slide that came in at the very beginning saying "Thank you for tuning in". My suggestion is that you could've put in maybe a bonus exercise instead of that slide... It's just my opinion, rest of the video was perfect according to me... Good job

Amazing and welcome to the sport. Football movements is more straight in general. It will give you a motorical advantage in terms of running and neurological optimization especially in the legs - and the ability to the sprint. Your lungs aswell. But when it comes to badminton, soccer does not really come with any really beneficial improvements. Badminton is much about change of direction, stability and coordination between arms and footwork. Hope that makes sense.
