    Wonderful info. Thanks ma'am. Hubby and I got natural stevia from an online store and used it for coffee but it tasted bitter even with the very tiny portion we used. Haven't tried baobab. Can one get it online too?

    Please, concerning baoba sugar it isn't sweet but a bit sour though I make it into juice n drink like that
    Wondering how it is a sugar replacement even though it is a super food.
    Please could you help shed more light on it

    I have the white stevia and I don’t like the after taste, so I don’t use it. Does the natural green stevia leave an after taste? Also, which of the dry sugars do you recommend for cereal? TYFS 💕❤️💕

    Thanks to this very informative video. I just wondered what you think about coconut sugar ?

    • @LagosHouseWife
      @LagosHouseWife  2 роки тому +3

      Coconut sugar is actually not healthy. It's similar to regular sugar and low in nutritents because coconut has to be overly processed to get to sugar level. It's better to leave it
