Thank you,now this is clear teaching. Everyone keeps saying, ditch sugar ditch but majority don't explain why. If one doesn't know their WHY, there might be no motivation to take action.
Wonderful info. Thanks ma'am. Hubby and I got natural stevia from an online store and used it for coffee but it tasted bitter even with the very tiny portion we used. Haven't tried baobab. Can one get it online too?
Oh my! My lecture note is full😂😂😂. This is so informative mama. My love for healthy food research has increased again. God bless you mama lecturer Lagos housewife. I have been learning a lot from you ma
Oh my God, your channels are suberb, im glued to it. Pls for this boabam, here in benin republic we have the seed and the powderd how can we use it as a subtitute for sugar.
Bless you Mama. You are such a blessing. Please, concerning baoba sugar it isn't sweet but a bit sour though I make it into juice n drink like that Wondering how it is a sugar replacement even though it is a super food. Please could you help shed more light on it
I have the white stevia and I don’t like the after taste, so I don’t use it. Does the natural green stevia leave an after taste? Also, which of the dry sugars do you recommend for cereal? TYFS 💕❤️💕
Woooow.... So informative. Thank you so much Mama❤️😘. May Almighty God continue to strengthen and give you more knowledge to teach us how to eat natural and leave healthy.
Thanks ma’am. This is informative. The site written in the description, is that where you got the stevia, baobab, jaggery, date powder and syrup. Also kindly talk about natural spices. Where to buy them, how to use. All to know about cooking healthy with natural spices.
Coconut sugar is actually not healthy. It's similar to regular sugar and low in nutritents because coconut has to be overly processed to get to sugar level. It's better to leave it
