    Is actually good for diabetic patients.
    My grandma takes it but is cooked as jellof rice n taste like so too👍🏽

    I found that acha from the local markets is usually very sandy. Pls can you share a video on how to wash it clean?

      I don't know how to wash it myself. That's why I opt for the already washed and packaged ones

    Please how can I make it with ogi for a baby? I don't usually make ogi on fire, can I add the acha to it and make it? Or make the acha on fire then mix with my ogi on the ground?

    Tried making swallow with Acha, but the sand is to much. Wish there's a way to get rid of the sand.

      @@successinspires7490 Yes, it is. Tapioca is made from Cassava. Acha is not made from anything. It grows like this. It is a grain on its own

    The English name is " Millet"
