I'm currently writing a story where the main characters possess the three instruments in this song as their motifs, and this music has been helping me write their scenes in a way I feel comfortable with. Full on masterpiece is what this serenade is
I'm so glad I found this piece. A real pity I had never heard of this composer before, because I think she had a lot of musicality and some original ideas that deserve recognition.
There are quite a few changes to the score such as the end of the second and last movement. It’s a shame but it was nevertheless beautifully played and composed!

This is my first exposure to Bonis and I don’t think I’ve heard another composers music that’s so similar in style to my own compositions
