In Tekken 8 all over -10 moves are punishable and -9 are classified as safe moves moves. +1 moves and higher let you go faster.

I’m trying to do the sway 4 combo but the 3,2 won’t connect, is there a timing requirement I need to do or has the combo been affected by a patch?

I find a lot I either accidentally do dash 3 or the sway 1+2 whiffs.

You have to practice that ff neutral 3 timing no shortcut for it. But I think it is easy enough to get it quite consistence in usual online.
