That is actually common for all characters, you just don't see very often because that animation is insanely big and if your opponent hit a single button, your character will simply stop the move and even be willing to take a combo
@willfern1096 but unlike everyone else, jack's launches AND takes half your HP.
Not saying it shouldnt be big damage, but being able to combo it is pretty crazy

I absolutely love how many random bullshit Jack-8 have in his kit. Also it gives him a edge, simply because it makes him more upredictable. Like it can easily throw off many players if you suddenly throw one those gimmicky moves between his go to attacks and combos.
