The only meaningful difference is the Flex Drive and rudder steering mechanism. Otherwise they are exactly the same. (The FD also doesn't have the nice molded cup holders as the steering mechanism takes up that space instead)
Thanks for showing these to us Jeff! I bought two Bites there and I have to say that with the seat trimmed all the way forward, and without too much weight in the sternwell, the Bite paddles quite nicely, which was surprising for a kayak that has a really shallow draft and incredible initial stability. Love it! And incredibly easy to fish out of. The tackle trays hold 3650 boxes, which is nice.
For sure! This review featured an older model of the bite, but they are largely unchanged, and, they are great platforms for beginners and experienced anglers alike!
Yes it is! This video is a bit older now and the new Bite Angler had replaced the old Bite, but it remains a solid boat and, the seat is still removable. In fact, the new seats are a little bit better than the one on the old models
Well, you might be right. I was running out of time so I prioritized the other 3 kayaks I filmed reviews on and didn't get to take the Bite out on the water, but I definately reviewed the features of it. Maybe it would have been more pertinent make one video out of the Bite and Bite FD, since the only meaningful difference is the Flex Drive. Perhaps I should change the title. What would you have called it?

I didnt hear you mention the weight it holds
The Bite has a weight capacity of 400lbs (Angler + Gear/equipment)
