As a kid, watching this game where the Bears beat the Raiders in all out Bar Fight that went into the streets. The fact Ray Guy was a thought of playing QB in this game, tells you how violent this game was.
@@synretro read what I wrote again..I said missed plays, nothing about the quality, I have tapes from the 70s, so I am use to this quality. you just got to record the plays...
Bears knocked 3 different QBs out. This was also the same game McMahon suffered a lacerated kidney that ended his season. Ditka stood on the sidelines and looked like he wanted to put on the uniform again. It was the 84 Bears who set the NFL sack record. I believe that it was 74 sacks that year
The team really must hate the quarterback, to defend him so poorly. Does a American Football player get a bonus for putting the quarterback out of the game in a quarterback sack?
Called the most violent game ever...

LA Raiders also ended Jim McMahon's season this game too! :)
Every game is diferent
18 sacks in two games? That's impressive.
I think it was 20 sacks in 2 games.
The worst job of taping a football game I have seen..missed every play.......come on man!..
It’s from the 80s what the hell do you expect hd 2018 movie screen picture?

@@crazybeatlefan I suggest you edit and put out content, until then you are a continual turd and ingrate.
The 85 Super Bowl should've been The Bears vs Raiders. I bet the Raiders would've won that one. They had a dominate defense also
I always thought it shoulda been a Bears-Dolphins rematch, a chance to avenge their only L against the great Dan Marino.
Not in 85. The Raiders D was outstanding in 83/84 not so much in 85 with Hayes, Hendricks and Alzado gone
I wanted to watch this game but it was out of market in Philly and NYC

When we will have again other monthers like those guys....
raiders got some good hits on the bears as well... but somebody is bias 🏈
The Raiders ended McMahon s season in this game. Raiders took a beating, but dished out one of there own
