I have the exact same vehicle 2020*white explorer, ST. It’s been a great vehicle for 33,000 miles. We haven’t done anything to it but highway use but we developed a low speed uneven surface knock and they have not been able to solve the problem. It’s been to the dealer three times for the same problem. They did a service Procedure for the flexible exhaust, which is basically a C clamp over the middle and torque to spec that still has not stopped the slight vibration or knock at low speed. The Ford mechanics at the dealer made me take them with so I can point out the sound remains because they conveniently don’t hear it Until I point it out to them So they do hear it but they do not know what it is. They have checked all of the suspension. They have checked the calipers. They check everything now he’s thinks that it could be a body mount since Covid. These people were forced to wear masks at the factory and half Assing. It makes me concerned that something is loose somewhere if anyone has any idea what does very low sound vibration noise could be it sounds like the end links, but they replace them as well.
Have you figured out the low speed uneven surface noise yet? I have the exact same vehicle with the exact same noise. They have looked mine over as well, all of the front suspension and tell me it all looks normal, and it's just the sound that these Explorers make. I don't buy that, but don't know what to do.
I'd love to see a detailed video on how to replace the catalytic converter on this. I'm really wanting to replace mine but not sure how difficult it may be.
I hear a noise on driver's side. Can't tell if it in the doors or under car. Sounds like something is flapping in the wind on the highway. Any thoughts?
How do you take the fasteners off for the raccoon delivery room? Splash guard thing? I know how to take the metal ones off but the plastic ones just spin.

That rear diff has the 4 bolt mount thus recall 22S27 not applicable!!
