Great collection & wonderful hobby. I started 45 years back, collecting diecast 'handpalm size' motorbikes, as a sideline of restoring old 1:1 bikes. But as an eternal student, always scraping, collecting was slow. Employment changed all, partner demands... and suddenly you meet a likeminded.... Only collect if displayable. I have only 4500+ diecast, white metal and few tinplate. These days, more as wall colouring some HW on their cards, and able to talk about it, 25yrs back only my real prewar/classic bikes and cars were taken serious. Now I live in fantasy land, appreciating much more the quirky, special graphic miniatures. Nice to see your vast collection and beatifully displayed. Could dream and meander a lot at your place. My den is my destresser, love to just gase in my cabinets and being back in many former lives, as mine are coming from all continents and the first made during/around WW1! Anyway thanks for you upload!
I remember the photos you sent when you were building this. Awesome then and awesome now. By the way, I recognize the Pennzoil and Freightliner rigs! LOL

Hi! Collecting models is the best hobby. You always know what you are missing and you can buy or exchange it. It's not sports cards, for example, where you spend money and don't know what you'll end up with! Greetings and best wishes for more cars for your collection! :)
Cool! I like the custom Thunderbird and 57 Chevy. The vintage matchbox collection looks mint.Awesome room. Sorry to hear about your cancer. I will pray for you.

So, what will happen to all of that when you die? You can not take anything with you to the grave. 🙄
Thank you for your reply. I have instructed my son to keep it and pass it on to my grandsons at some point.
