I was a hardcore German Supporter in the world cup 2014. But watching it according to the perspective of Brazil, seeing how an entire nation cried that day, brought tears to my eyes as well. But I guess that's what football is. I was broken when Germany was defeated by South Korea in 2018 and was out of the competition. In order to win, one has to defeat the other.
It made me cry, from the first ten seconds I could tell where this film was going. The purpose was to show how football is so inextricably linked to Brazilian society. It's basically like that in all South America but Brazil's been always special, five worldcups and always first in the toughest qualifiers in the world. I really would've love to see Brazil winning but never Argentina in Brazil. I'm a Messi fan, I love Argentina too but football-wise that's an exception, I know what that means for Brazilians, I guess every South American can relate to this
The world wanted to see the Greatest ever score on the biggest stage of them all that is what he meant.... Football is not just about the 32 nations that play at the World Cup... That's why its called the WORLD Cup.
Its 2020 now, the Rona has the world in its cold claws but the final goal of Mario Götze still gave me a little joy and goosebumps. Wonderful. One of the best touches we saw in international football.

Why because Brazil has the best squad at that time,
Especially gahrinsha, he was the star of the Brazil
Pele gets famous, when he played in the usa league ( the weakest league )
And the media at that time was trying to show to the world how much they are not racist, especially to Africa ( for the minerals, gold, diamond, coltan... )
Winning a world cup is a work team not one player
Messi is the goat, Maradona, Ronaldo phenomeno R9, R7, Pelé, Ronaldinho, zidan...
He won 3 world cups because football was a joke in that era
@@neutral1087 huh? Doesn’t that effect everyone then lol. Pele still won 3 world cups with his talent in that case

Best Wc and best atmosphere of all time.
The best world Cup. I remember everything.
Seeing these Brazilians actually makes me sad thinking about what happened to them in the semi final. Even if I'm a Germany fan and thoroughly enjoyed the battering
That is what I took out of it too. I watch the semi game and am a lifelong Germany fan, but seeing it from this angle made me sad. In the final it must have been hard for Brazil to support any side. The kid Bruno seems is pulling for Germany. Brazil really hate the Argentina team LOL
Rio de Janeiro 🌴🌅⛱️
You’re just a German fan lol but as a German and everyone else in Berlin were going crazy haha it was revenge against them for 2002 for Kahn as well
Perfect movie 😭👏🏼 2014 was the best World Cup❤️⚽️🇧🇷
0:02 Best World Cup Intro of them all
One of the greatest tournaments! Hard to believe it's gonna be 10 years this year!!
That final made me cry and even today whenever I get memories of it.

Excellent film. We give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇩🇪🏆
This was my favorite world cup ever
First time I ever seen my step dad cry......
Germany won the 2014 world cup. Tears of happiness.
Sadness*
This is very sad when it comes to the Brazilian's perspective. I was laughing at them but now...
They have been waiting for 64 yrs only for Germany to do them dirty in their own backyard.
Yea but then they go cheering for the team that eliminated them who are catching up with them in World Cup wins, instead of the team that could’ve avenged them. But it doesn’t matter they’re sore losers supporting another country.

This is the first world cup I ever saw, since my father isn't a big football fan, so I couldn't watch the 2010 one or even 2006 for that matter. This world cup will always have a special place in my heart. And every time I think of it I get a bittersweet sentiment since I wanted Argentina to win.
Just want right now 2022 WC film
They didn’t include some of the best game of the World Cup. Spain va Netherlands, Mexico vs Brazil and , Mexico vs Croatia. That’s just a few. I was expecting so much more
Mexico played with so much energy and character.

They did Mexico dirty this world cup and this video did it again.
It was basically a national geographic documentary
This was the most amazing World Cup, and I could attend it .......
The old guy from the beginning and the end … I feel so sad now that we Deutsche clattered his dream seeing his national football team win at home after he mourned about the same thing over 60 years ago. People like him deserve the world cup title!
He still got to see it in 1958, 62, 70, 94, and 2002 :)
he did get to see his country win 5 though :)))))
@@StanPW88 yeah but he didnt had a tele in the first 3 so he basically watched 2 1994 2002
Du bist nicht Deutsch!!
Brazilians were arrogant before that match and that he is already holding a world cup replica in his hands before the final showcases that. Also Brazil didn't feel sorry for Germans in 2002 so why should you?
Best WORLD CUP ever...

1st time I'm crying in sports⚽💙⚽💙⚽💙
This is the amazing world cup hosted in Brazil.
It was the greatest games ever had there.
People were excited to watch the matches as well.
You missed out on some of the best games:
Netherlands 5-1 Spain
Chile 2-0 Spain
France 5-2 Switzerland
Argentina 1-0 Iran
Costa Rica's games
Germany 4-0 Portugal
And Brazil vs México
I said it in my comment. This is a piece of junk focused solely on Brazil. FIFA could do much better.
They did the group stages quite badly, mainly focusing on Brazil's games. But unlike the other films, they had a piece for each knockout game which was nice to see
Y Uruguay vs Inglaterra y Uruguay vs Italia
Uruguay vs italy, scandal of luiz suarez
Great memories, well done Germany 🇩🇪 👍🇩🇪⚽️🇩🇪👊

Messi won , argentina won the worldcup finally💓
I was 10 and I was lucky that I didn't watched this sadness of Brazil team but from then I used to watch their ever matches , it's soo sad for a nation which loves football by their hearts . For Brazilians football is a religion , they have alott of fans not only in Brazil but countrys like us which is unlucky to even qualify for the world cup , but watching Brazil and Argentina in the world cup is joy for us , and I hope one day our country too qualify for the world cup Iam form India and my wish Is to see the world cup returning to Brazil one day and they winning it 💓🇧🇷.

I find that offensive because I support Argentina, Brazil are our rivals, but I don't think more than Germany because Germany and Argentina have more of a history at the world cup than Brazil, amd besides, Germany, Like Italy, have gone weak after they get a number 4

Totally Agree, only Latin America and specially Brazil can bring that level of color into their stadiums
Beautiful final.
Feeling emotional. Can't stop tears. Hope Germany wins 2022 WC.
Sos de Alemania.?
If wishes were horses🤣🤣😒
I was a hardcore German Supporter in the world cup 2014. But watching it according to the perspective of Brazil, seeing how an entire nation cried that day, brought tears to my eyes as well.
But I guess that's what football is. I was broken when Germany was defeated by South Korea in 2018 and was out of the competition.
In order to win, one has to defeat the other.
And again in 2022 😢
I will never forget 2014 World Cup
Greatest World Cup i have ever seen in my life till now 🇩🇪💖
It made me cry, from the first ten seconds I could tell where this film was going. The purpose was to show how football is so inextricably linked to Brazilian society. It's basically like that in all South America but Brazil's been always special, five worldcups and always first in the toughest qualifiers in the world. I really would've love to see Brazil winning but never Argentina in Brazil. I'm a Messi fan, I love Argentina too but football-wise that's an exception, I know what that means for Brazilians, I guess every South American can relate to this
I don’t get how the goal Messi scored is “the goal the world wanted” if anything it’s just the goal that Argentina wanted
A goal that all the world wanted except germany
The world wanted to see the Greatest ever score on the biggest stage of them all that
is what he meant.... Football is not just about the 32 nations that play at the World Cup... That's why its called the WORLD Cup.
