I know, my Swedes made it to the quarterfinals and our only mention was our two losses. No 3-0 against Mexico to WIN THE GROUP, no R16 against the Swiss.
I am Brazilian and I live in the USA. During the Mexico x Germany game I was traveling through Arizona, and stopped by a Mexican restaurant to watch the game, wearing my brazil jersey, it was the only thing I had on. Those Mexicans jumped and screamed like it was their independence...it was beautiful, and I cheered with them haha. They accepted me, we gave high fives, what an experience. After the game I left and our car got stuck with a flat tire in the desert. I got out and as I was changing it, a car full of Mexico fans still cheering drove by. They stopped, remembered me that I was in the bar with them, and pulled over to help me change my tire. We still cheered, sang songs, got the spare tire on, we shared beers, said "viva Mexico", they told me they would be cheering for Brasil, and went our separate ways. Now tell me...what other sport on the planet does this to people??? Not basketball, not baseball, not cricket, not American rugby. Only Football, best sport in the world.
Literally each day I spent in Russia during those 31 days was memorable. People from all over the world had gathered there, united by one common feeling - Love for football. Thank you FIFA and Spasibo Russia
I'm going to tell my grandchildren about the time I traveled to Moscow with my best mates, witnessed Mexico beat Germany, stayed up all night exploring Moscow streets and saw C.Ronaldo score in a worldcup! Amazing feeling to have been there, yes arguably one of the best world cups.

They really showed the French team in the most underwhelming way here whereas they were the funniest and most energetic of the world cup. Most people misread their attitude but they did come to win no matter what and they're always slow starters anyway, but then their teamwork was outstanding. That bunch of crazy youngsters came as one saying they wanted to play against the best in the world and win. And the Croatian team was absolutely outstanding, what an amazing worldcup !

I am also proud of my national football team for being able to reach one-fourth of the world Cup finals. I also consider the Russia-Croatia match one of the most spectacular for my national team. I am also pleasantly surprised by all the fans who came to our country. There were no clashes of fans, there was one positive. Each fan brought a piece of their country To Russia. I'm from Cuba and I am a big fan of Italy, but since they didn't qualified I watched the WC just because I'm a big fan of football, but since the beginning Croatia stole my heart and I supported them through out the whole competition and I also screamed my lungs out when Mandzukic scored, that was for me the best moment in the whole cup. It hurted me that Croatia didn't win at the end, such a small country and with some football players that aren't stars, I love that. France is big enough and yet they stole africans player, I hate that. I would like to see Croatia win someday!!

Still feel the air , metro , old cities , long trees and nature , fan Fest , the security , the hotel and hostel stays above all the happy faces and love.... The event were like a dream , still recalls the memories by looking at old photos , videos , Souvenirs and of course talking with fellow friends .. 2022 will not be the same , stadiums are ready , infrastructure is Changing like never before here in Qatar ... The cinematography is really wonderful in these. HOWEVER...to glance over Pavard's goal, call it a goal of the tournament contender, and not show a replay...c'mon folks! Sport over art. You basically said "Pavard scored the goal of the tournament and we're not going to show you".

I was so sad at the fans crying when they went out, but to see the England fans were still singing and hopeful about their young team made me really happy considering they were so close to a final in 2018 even, I thought I'd see sadness again, but glad to see it ended on a high note for them
Greetings from India. Russia had been an amazing host. I was there during the entire tournament and watched a couple of matches in Sochi and Saransk. Everything was so well organized and decorated. It was the best summer of my life and a dream come true. People were so welcoming and friendly.. not at all dangerous as claimed by western propaganda.

The best memory I have as a swede was the match against Mexico. The final whistle had just gone as my team won 3-0 and the swedish fans we're roaring and celebrating. A few minutes later, as the tv channel I watched was still broadcasting, the mexican fans had just got the news that South Korea had won against Germany and they started celebrating as well. This is the only time I experienced the fans of both team celebrating at the end of the match, regardless of the result. Everytime I think of this memory, I get chills. Incredible
I traveled to Russia to cheer for Peru 🇵🇪 and created unforgettable memories! This film was well made, but how do you not highlight Peru? A country that hasn’t participated in a world cup in 37 years and has record number of fans travel to Russia. This film brought back tons of great memories!
Love these WC Official Films! I was so thrilled for France in ‘98, probably having been regarded as on of the underachievers, historically speaking prior to that victory. To now see them as 2X WC winners (in what was an action packed final) is fantastic! Well done to Croatia, too, the 2nd nation in the space of 3 tournaments to make a 1st WC final

That Belgium/Japan Round of 16 was the most entertaining of the entire tournament. Shocked for an hour and a rush of adrenaline the last 30 minutes. Amazing
belgium japan still gives me goosebumps, what a game! What a counter! Both teams played perfectly, perfect soccer, no time wasting, no idiotic fouls, just nice soccer with belgium getting the fastest counter ever in the world. Japan was a wonderfull team, just like Belgium is!
As an England fan I will always remember that great summer 🦁🦁🦁 Expectations were not very high and the country in general had rarely felt so disunited or lacking in belief yet this tournament rebuilt pride and faith into our national team and brought the whole country together, with great moments along the way

Greetings from India. Russia had been an amazing host. I was there during the entire tournament and watched a couple of matches in Sochi and Saransk. Everything was so well organized and decorated. It was the best summer of my life and a dream come true. People were so welcoming and friendly.. not at all dangerous as claimed by western propaganda.

The best memory I have as a swede was the match against Mexico. The final whistle had just gone as my team won 3-0 and the swedish fans we're roaring and celebrating. A few minutes later, as the tv channel I watched was still broadcasting, the mexican fans had just got the news that South Korea had won against Germany and they started celebrating as well. This is the only time I experienced the fans of both team celebrating at the end of the match, regardless of the result. Everytime I think of this memory, I get chills. Incredible

I traveled to Russia to cheer for Peru 🇵🇪 and created unforgettable memories! This film was well made, but how do you not highlight Peru? A country that hasn’t participated in a world cup in 37 years and has record number of fans travel to Russia. This film brought back tons of great memories!
Love these WC Official Films! I was so thrilled for France in ‘98, probably having been regarded as on of the underachievers, historically speaking prior to that victory. To now see them as 2X WC winners (in what was an action packed final) is fantastic! Well done to Croatia, too, the 2nd nation in the space of 3 tournaments to make a 1st WC final
