Interesting video and a nice first attempt that taught you some important things for future projects. Even then, it's not a failure as you still have a custom Haikyuu box. You could store some Haikyuu merch or sports stuff. As for the dimensions of the box, I think it'd be able to fit the Japanese version of manga, which are usually smaller than what we get in the US.
I’m always down for a project that seems impossible at the time. My execution needs some work and I would definitely do it again but better. I just need another manga I want every volume of. At the time, I definitely thought it was a wasted boxed but my friends said just put my bookmark collection in it. 😊 And it’s actually kind of perfect. It currently stores bookmarks, anime stickers and way too many Haikyuu keychains. 😅 Do I have a problem?
Deadman Wonderland use to be my favorite back in the day. I thought it had a unique story despite it being so overly gory at times. And I am not the gory type. Let me know how it turns out! 😎💕
This video should have way more views and likes. It wasn’t a complete waste of money. You actually did an awesome job for the first go round. Your attempt has help me tremendously. It’s a bit too expensive for me but it’s quality work so it’s worth the price. Enjoyed your video and I’ll definitely try this method in the future. ❤
Thank you for your sincere comment! I actually realized early on this isn't the best method to make a complete box set, but it is a method, you know? Sometimes we stop or don't make something because it's not the easiest or straightforward. But sometimes, you just need to start with what you know or find out about. So thank you for the encouraging words. :D
I made some of my own box sets months ago and it makes it easier to store and it looks good The series I made it for are, Wotakoi, your name, cross game and ascendance of a bookworm
Ok, me again after watching the video. How I made my box sets is that I got a sheet of thick white poster board thingy….lol. And at hand you’ll need scissors, tape(good ones) and no ruler, but the manga you would need to measure. Or a ruler if you can measure unlike me lol and a printer to print out your pictures
@@theartistwriter4812 Omg! I never considered that. That would've been waaay more cost effective and you would probably get a box you can actually use, unlike mine, which now I put all my Haikyuu stickers, enamel pins and other things I collect. Did you paint it?
That's cool you made your own box set! I think Wotakoi has a box set now?...Maybe. But there's nothing like an art project and having your own. So cool.
I'm gonna do this for the Yu Yu Hakusho manga. Only the japanese volumes have a boxset. Not the English volumes. This upsets me so I'm gonna make my own. Thank you for the video.
Yu Yu Hakusho is so loved and nostalgic for a lot of people. It's actually odd I've never read it and know very little about it. I hope to see every anime/manga fan make their own collections. I'm surprised at the mangas that don't have a complete box set. I feel like they would sell so well these days. Good luck 🍀
I designed my box on a company’s manufacturing site and then after a few rounds of proofing, they sent me my box. But I paid the price for it upfront. Which is common. Did that answer your question?
