Yu Yu Hakusho is so loved and nostalgic for a lot of people. It's actually odd I've never read it and know very little about it. I hope to see every anime/manga fan make their own collections. I'm surprised at the mangas that don't have a complete box set. I feel like they would sell so well these days. Good luck 🍀

Yangchen was smart and decisive, and yet still tried to let people make their own decisions for themselves and clan! I'm surprised to hear people find her boring. -_- I felt like she had so many secrets to hold and so many people who were awful that she had to protect or save. Not to mention, she was a full fledged Avatar and her power was iincredible and the way she used in the books was amazing. I'd be scared of Yangchen, for sure. I'm glad you liked it! And you are no longer alone, we can start a Yangchen Fan Club because she's got my vote. :) Did you see there was a book now for Avatar Roku? Do you plan on reading it?

​@@temperancetalley Yes we need a yangchen fan club fr! I havent read the roku book yet because life lol but its on my list of books to read. Did you get to read the Legacy of Yangchen. I feel like the yangchen books worked so well together.

But I’ve been really skeptical about reading it at all because it’s not written by the same author who wrote the Kyoshi and Yangchen books. So I’m even more skeptical. I have read the Legacy of Yangchen! Honestly the reason I haven’t made a video about it because a lot of people actually don’t seem interested in reading the books as they seem to be interested in collecting them. Did you read the Kyoshi books? If you did, I’m honestly curious which books you prefer? Kyoshi or Yangchen? 😎

@@temperancetalleyok so i definitely think the first kyoshi novel is the best of the 4 books written by fc yee but I have to take the Yangchen series over Kyoshis. Yangchen as a character is just more relatable to me as an adult with responsibilities that are all pulling me in different directions. I also am a bit desensitized to the heroes journey we get over the course of the Kyoshi books. It was pretty disappointing when I saw reviews of people saying they wanted to read a story about Yangchen mastering the elements and growing into the avatar role. The story we got was so good and it was one that I never would have imagined when thinking about an Atla story.

@@corduroycrook I completely agree. The ending to the first Kyoshi book is something I would love to see animated. It had such impact and power. And yet, I felt sucked in with Yangchen. I thought she was smart and clever. I loved having a full fledged Avatar. I also think because Yangchen didn't have a romantic love interest at the center of her story, the plot had to be rich. I mean, the reveal at the end of the first Yangchen book about this new weapon. And the characters around Yangchen had more connections to the characters that pop up in Aang's story. It was fun to read and Yangchen was an amazing Avatar to read about. I just don't drool over Kyoshi like everyone does.

Deadman Wonderland use to be my favorite back in the day. I thought it had a unique story despite it being so overly gory at times. And I am not the gory type. Let me know how it turns out! 😎💕

I have such a huge respect for manga artists. They are literally building our favorite characters, the stories that inspire us....Of course the covers are just as potent as the panels that convey the story!

ive watched both and im going to say haikyuu is better im sorry (blue lock was amazing when i first watched it but rn haikyuu has more seasons rn so theres more content, lets wait and see when both series ends (im talking about the animes, not the manga) then we can critique which one is better

Ok, me again after watching the video. How I made my box sets is that I got a sheet of thick white poster board thingy….lol. And at hand you’ll need scissors, tape(good ones) and no ruler, but the manga you would need to measure. Or a ruler if you can measure unlike me lol and a printer to print out your pictures

@@theartistwriter4812 Omg! I never considered that. That would've been waaay more cost effective and you would probably get a box you can actually use, unlike mine, which now I put all my Haikyuu stickers, enamel pins and other things I collect. Did you paint it?

I designed my box on a company’s manufacturing site and then after a few rounds of proofing, they sent me my box. But I paid the price for it upfront. Which is common. Did that answer your question?

@ensetsu First of all, I'm so excited you picked up the ATLA cookbook! It's really fun to make and see firsthand exactly what the creator was thinking when crafting these recipes. The Air Temple recipes are by far my favorite. Can I also just say, your comment made my day! It's not common to get such a sweet and thoughtful comment. I appreciate and I hope you enjoy making all sorts of recipes from the cookbook. You're definitely getting me hyped again and I thinking another video of Earth Kingdom recipes sounds like fun!! :D

I’m always down for a project that seems impossible at the time. My execution needs some work and I would definitely do it again but better. I just need another manga I want every volume of. At the time, I definitely thought it was a wasted boxed but my friends said just put my bookmark collection in it. 😊 And it’s actually kind of perfect. It currently stores bookmarks, anime stickers and way too many Haikyuu keychains. 😅 Do I have a problem?

When I went to Japan the firsttime, I had a real Japanese Buddhist Meal at a temple. It's less exciting than you think. Most meals are cold and bland to focus of purity or simplicity and the didn't live on a king's purse. So it's simple, raw and beautifully arranged, but often taste in a spice season it is not an element in they're cooking.
