  • This video shows how we open ourselves up to murder and that each of us has committed this sin before we are saved. Even if only in our hearts and our words......"anyone who hates his brother is a murderer and you know that NO murderer has eternal life".........

Yes - You and me both x as I said there was a time when I was actually lying awake at night planning how to murder my ex husband and his girlfriend........When I came to my senses I was shocked to my core how wicked I was and had to repent and rethink my walk entirely. But we are only ever a prayer way from Jesus's GRACE and Salvation Praise Jesus \o/ love and blessings to you xxx

Wanted to ask if it's okay to watch documentaries that contain life stories that ended in murder or suicide. I really like these kinds of stories and wonder if it is okay to watch them, me being a Christian?

That's a really great question. Entertainment ( amusement - a muse puts you under a spell) is a form of brainwashing and mind programming. Satan certainly owns Hollywood and all its minions. And dramas are probably the biggest influencer of the masses since TV began. I am also pretty sure they use subliminals in everything even though it is illegal. The clever thing that Satan has done with dramas is he uses it to cause us to "enter into" whatever is being acted out. It's a form of spiritual voyeurism. So when we watch murders suicides sexual acts horror etc even seemingly harmless romantic dramas we are opening ourselves up spiritually and sharing in the activity. I find when I watch violent movies I find myself "wanting the baddie to die and saying in my heart kill him kill him" and feel emotions I would never feel in real life. That does influence our consciences and make us much more likely to act that thing out. It blurs the line in the courtroom and we sin through compromising. I think we can see the proof of the dangers with the younger generation raised on violent computer games. I myself do enjoy watching Netflix but have to continually guard my mind and heart. And I have noticed it impacts my ability to pray and stay focused when praying. I dont watch TV anymore because of the constant propaganda streaming through it. I do watch movies but I try to avoid violence horror overt sex and antichrist themed movies........but Satan is pretty clever at sneaking all of that in. The best answer would be Yes they are dangerous and yes I still watch things but in moderation and prayerfully.
