Glad to see you guys back❣ Don't understand the human nature as to why watching your videos is like watching my favorite TV show or movie. Was introduced to you guys your 1st season on BB, loved the chemistry between you and have followed everything since. At almost 73 yrs. I probably am one of your oldest fans and just wanted you to know that the time you take to do the videos put a smile on my face, a laugh in my belly and make an old lady happy. Jordan, loved the short clip of you bathing Lawson...such a special time for mommy and baby❣
I missed your Live on Instagram!! I even had the alarm set on my phone so I wouldn't forget...UGH! I turned off the sound when I tried to take a nap and of course.....then the phone starts with texts, calls, etc. Just so you know, you both look great! Don't be to hard on yourself. Healthy is the key word! Yoga and meditation are wonderful things for the body. Have a great week!!
Great job guys! We just got a Planet Fitness here 2 weeks ago, so I have been working out an hour to an hour and a half a day right after I get off of work at 8am... which gives me Zero excuses! If you know anyone (like me) who can't afford a fitbit... we went with the Jawbone UP24, and love it (new on ebay for $10). But I thought I'd try a new workout yesterday and thought I conquered it, well.... it conquered me! My knee was hurting last night at work and kept getting worse, so I went in to see the Dr. this morning and I MAY have torn my meniscus :( still waiting on the radiologist report. So, I am in a knee brace for a few weeks. But, still gonna hit PF and work on my upper body! Gotta keep in mind... NO EXCUSES... work what you can, and pamper what you can't! So, go get'em you two! Love you guys!

Missed the Instagram live. Wish I could have seen it. Jordan I love my fit bit. It does make you realize how much you are doing or not doing. I am very competitive so I like looking at where everyone else is during the week. Jeff I have been doing the P90x Yoga and love it. You both look great and love seeing pics of Lawson!!

glad to see you guys back. you helped so much during my pregnancy. my baby boy arrived five days ago. been struggling with breastfeeding and going back and watching some of your episodes has helped. struggling with the concept of fighting the breastfeeding or switching to formula.
They just recently did a study (which I already knew) that breastfed babies are no more smarter or healthier than formula fed babies, cheaper yes, but that is about it! Your mental health and the extra sleep is needed way more than a boobie in his mouth every 2 hours! lol
Jordan, I weighed 225 but now down to 115 because I got the dvds Country heat it's line dancing exercises it's awesome I think you really would enjoy it at 58 I had my body back I had in my 20s my daughter says I look better then her lol not an endorsement just how I lost my weight
Instagram Live isn't the best idea in my opinion. I live in Indiana so it started too late for me. I would prefer you do a recording where we can watch at our convenience.
You're such a sweetheart Jordan, I wish you could live closer to family so you could have some help. Don't ever change Jordan your amazing I hope you always stay that sweet southern girl and never get to LA!

I hope things with baby lawson get better with the teething. My 6 mo is starting get his teeth and he is waking up at night again and he has days where he just crys. Enjoys it though because I also have a 7 yo and a 3 yo and they grow so fast and you will blink your eyes and they are in school. :( Dont put to much on yourself to lose weight I gained 30 lbs with my 1st kid and i didnt loose it until after I had my 2nd kid so now im trying to get back in shape again. As long as your hubby thinks you look good no one else matters. Have a wonderful week love the weekly updates!!! :)

I'm a bit pissed about missing the IG live! I only access Instagram via my laptop, and viewing live streams is not an option. I agree with whomever mentioned Facebook Live. The love is further extended as those that missed it the first time have the ability to watch after-the-fact. On another complaint note, sorry, I have a teething-related warning. When my daughter was teething we bought Gerber's "Zwieback Toast" in effort to alleviate her teething pain. It was recommended by many know-it-alls. Although she was a bit of a piglet, and in pain, while she was going to town on one the middle became soft and half broke off in her mouth. I'll just leave this story by saying praise God my husband knew the Heimlich maneuver. This is not to scare you, but to warn. Please, educate yourselves on teething products.
Let me make my own comment also. Don't use Instagram for live video. Please consider another platform for live events. Even UA-cam Gaming can help you with this. Thanks.

Hiii! Jordan, I got a fitbit charge 2 for Christmas- just don't sleep with it on! I did to track my sleep and after three weeks my wrist started to hurt soooooo terribly. It messed my tendon all up and I am STILL recovering from it. A lot of people are having the issue and Fitbit issued me a refund when I contacted them. Good luck :)
I've been sleeping with mine on, I change up which arm and take it off periodically throughout the day and while getting ready in the morning. Also you should keep it a lot looser at night :)
Deanna Mathews, hopefully you never encounter this problem like many of us have. I wore it loosely at night and followed the safety guidelines, but it didn't prevent the tendon injury. Good luck!
Oh man I missed the Instagram live! One question I don't think people really ask you or at least I haven't heard you talk about your experience on Marriage Boot Camp. Did you like it? Do you think it helped? How are you approached to do the show? How was it filming with the other cast?

Find a good caregiver for Lawson. Look for a grandmotherly type. Have her watch him while you are home to see if you are comfortable with her. For the continued success of your relationship you need date nights and alone time. I watch my neighbors grandson occasionally (I'm semi-retired) I've even stayed overnight so they could go to an out of area family wedding.
