Is there anything specific you needed the car to come with spec wise to do this retrofit? I'm looking for a used F-Type of around that age so I don't want to limit my options

Can you still access things like the driving dynamics/g-force graph/race timer?

Yes nothing changes except on some you just loose nav functionality
