Resepi Pau Goreng
.
Ingredients

Pau
- 250g Flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbs (6g) Baking Powder
- 1 tsp (3g) yeast
- 140ml Water
- 35ml milk
- 20g Sugar
- 1 tbs Cooking Oil
- Red bean paste as needed
- sesame seeds as needed

Instructions
Pau
1. Mix sugar, water, and milk together until combine. Set aside.
2.In another bowl, add flour, yeast, salt & baking powder together. Stir to combine. Then pour in the wet mixture into the dry mixture.
3.Knead it until it come together then add in oil. Knead it again until it become soft & not sticking to the bowl.
4.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest until double in size,about 45 minutes.
5.After double in size, deflate, divide & roll into ball about 45g each.
6. Flatten the ball & put the red bean paste in the center. Cover the filling with the dough. Brush water on the dough & pressed it into the sesame seed.
7.Flatten it, & let it rest for 10 minutes.
6.Fry the dough in hot oil until golden brown.
