Here is the recipe of an Ayurveda face pack for glowing skin. It can be used daily because it is a mild and all natural face pack for all skin types.The ingredients are:
1.Triphala churna
Triphala is very high in antioxidants which are highly beneficial for the skin.
It is an excellent moisturizer and rejuvenator. It aids in better blood circulation in the skin cells and better hydration. This makes the skin smoothand soft. Its antibacterial properties help reduce bacteria on the skin so it prevents the outbreak of pimples.
2.Fenugreek powder
Fenugreek seeds contain vitamin K and vitamin C that help in reducing blemishes and dark circles from the skin. Using the fenugreek seeds face mask removes all the impurities from the skin making it glow naturally.The seed's antioxidative properties aid in the removal of dead skin cells that have accumulated on your skin over time.
3.Aloe vera
Its anti-inflammatory properties can reduce pain, swelling, and soreness of wounds or injuries.It supports the production and release of collagen.It can speed up wound healing time and limits scarring.It is effective in treating fungal and bacterial infections.It has an antioxidant effect that can help repair sun damage and slow down the aging process of the skin.
4.Honey
Honey contains antioxidants, antiseptic, and antibacterial properties, along with moisturising properties, it helps to deeply penetrate the skin, soften the skin layers and work to remove impurities from pores including dirt that causes blackheads.
