I've watched this 20 times already. Excellent coaching.
Perfect! Now drill it 100 times and you'll be on your way!
Used this a lot in judo, even took down a handful of black belts before. They eventually figured it out and countered with a suplex. But that's a lesson learned on my part, still a great technique.
Great!
@@terenceangelo8714 my wrestling partner in HS loved these sorts of throws. I got so quick at rotating, dropping my hips - and getting nasty suplex counters to these sorts of moves. Later enlisted in the military and some inexperienced guy tried to throw me - dropped him on his head in front of everyone. Felt like a wizard
wow! very helpful😊
did you have nothing to wear but your wife's yoga pants? haha
Say it to his face dipshit
It was a joke. But alright. I don't think he'd be offended anyways @@jonmoris9354
Lol that's pretty funny
albabyboy tbh all good wrestlers where tights
@@jonmoris9354 get a sense of humour mate😂
what would you say the benefits of this technique are compared to koshi guruma/kubi otoshi?
elenchus this is a collapse into the negative space, as opposed to actually turning your hips in and under your opponents for the throw.. The benefits of this over say the Koshi Guruma is it can be done off the snap and circle catching him almost by surprise.
Less likely to reroll the landing
I love this move! The way my coach taught me was without the pull to the other side of the throw. But I want to try this version
Yeah setup is key!
прекрасно
Amazong technique 👌. Ive seen bjj tutorials on this and it is not gonna work the way they teach. You can see the balance poitns when cary colat the master teach it. Also his other techs are excellent also. He would fit in judo easily with his tech and mentaility. What a wrestler and wrestling kind. Would want my kids to be taught by him or carl adams. Only two guys.
Thank you! This video is from one of our guest clinicians, Teague Moore, an excellent coach and wrestler.
@KOLATCOM just read up on him wow didn't know he was Olympic gold winner. Maybe seen the match too, i was intrigued watching Daniel Igali a Nigerian refugee to canada, he won gold for canada at toyko too. He was a highly accomplished wrestler and indian style wrestler in kabaddi team wrestling.
Is it better to be taller or smaller than his opponent to do this throw ?
This throw will work well for all heights within reason if they learn the setup and perfect the twisting sag movement.
Great content. Dem pants doe.
If I’m a left leg lead can I just do this without pulling him or stepping?
You'd do everything on the opposite side. You'd pull him so that he steps his left leg forward so that you can sag to thr right
Cary you truly are an amazing coach.
Thank you, this is one of our guest clinicians, Teague Moore.
He actually does step back with his right. I tell my kids to make sure that your opponent has the space for you to sag them into.
Like a Killer Whale playing with a baby seal
Good move
good
damn your legs dude!
Hey its nice to see u that u dnt miss any video regarding grappling or ufc, i see ur comment on another channel when u glad to see an indian knows about ufc
@@azadsingh1361 thanks i love combat sports and personally i am a boxer too
I like the little punch. I always threw this by grasping the tricep right near my pulling hand, but I'm trying this.
Cool!
exactly what i was looking for
Great to hear that!
yauy
Nice
👍
Awesome setup!!!! Mechanics and techniques are spot on 👊👌👍💪
H Athlete4ever what he fails to tell you is when he does it live he switches his lead leg. Pause it and watch how before he punches and rotates his feet his left leg is now his lead. So he’s lying to you on the slow demonstration.
@@troyrandazzo5369he's not lying you still are getting him to step with the leg opposite your lead leg, hence, you sag to your right lead leg side
