This is the most exclusive part of Pattaya. Less dogs for sure.

Nice tour P Jo. Beautiful area. You couldn't pay me to live in one of those tall buildings. I wouldn't go any higher than a fire brigade ladder would reach. Stay safe. Beware of soi dogs

@@PattayaJoe Condos are like a big chimneys, smoke rises and so does heat. I guess you could get a hang glider and jump

I love the Wongamat Beach 🏖️ 🌊 area. Everything is upscale and quiet. A great way to get away from the opposite of Central Pattaya. But you are still only 10 minutes away from the party chaos. Plus "take out" 👙 from Bamboo Beach will be very convenient 🍻💃🕺5️⃣5️⃣5️⃣

A superbly presented video, really interesting and informative. The Wongamat area is quiet, peaceful and charming, with the best beaches in Pattaya, and would be a great choice for long-term stays, with some highly impressive condos.

That area just keeps on expanding mate,my god so many new developments, would be a top area for anyone retiring,just need a bike or car to get about. Take care mate

Thank you for the video, would you know if the isolated swimming areas of the ocean are only for those staying at certain hotels? My family wants to go to Wong amat for swimming as well, so we want to choose a place with better cleaner swimming spots! If you're happy to, I would love to ask more questions about pattaya in terms of transport please! Thank you.
The swimming areas on the beach are for everyone, Not Private hotels. Cheers mate
So at the beginning of the video that single lane road going down the beach that you’re standing on , the cars have to reverse all the way up to get out , is that correct ?
And what if while they doing that another car is coming down towards the beach ?
yes its a tight spot. cars have to reverse out. there is a parking lot on the vacant land next door. 50 baht a car. Cheers Tex
I am very disappointed that there only 150,000 empty apartments in Wongamat. I hope they keep building so as we can have upto a quarter of a million empty apartments, therefore full filing the Thai business model 😆

Cheers Bradley. Not any for rent in the street, but i think the bike shops have some for rent. 1 in soi siam country club called ninja Bicycles plus a few others around.
I live in the area. Great beach, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Clean, safe and cosmopolitan. But you do need a vehicle.

Cheers Ronald. Not easy to find pet friendly condos. Basaya beachfront resort in central pattaya is pet friendly and even has a separate swimming pool for dogs. You would have to try search google as there is a few condos around pet friendly but none that i know of.

Maybe Ron. Still a risk sometimes. Just don't hit anything or get scammed for a scratch.
It is amazing what they've builth there. I've never been a fan of north Pattaya, though.

Take a look at sihanoukville cambodia these days. Ruined by the Chinese in the last few years
