- In this video tutorial I show how easy it is to cut a juice groove in a cutting board with a cnc using @carveco software. Spoiler alert! I'm not cutting the groove in an ordinary board. I'm cutting the groove in TV trays.

Those shifty eyes after revealing where you bought the tv trays from. Love it!!
And thanks, AGAIN, for making a great, easy to follow tutorial.
Great video! I'll be following your method exactly for my cutting board creation. However... Forgive me, It's not "down tension," it's "compression."
Vernon, missed this one when it came out. Wanted to see you cut a groove, before I start on a project. BTW, glad you have the Onefinity and PwnCNC spindle.
Thanks Jim
Love ya vids mate , and the humour too
Thank you!! 😊
Nice. I've always just done a rectangle and profiled along line.
Thats how I make mine, "great minds think alike" ha ha! Good idea with the tv trays!
I agree great minds lol 😆
I do all those steps and put it on a usb drive to take to my other computer/controller connected to my cnc and load to file in my controller (wincnc) and it just says “finished” but never did a cut or moved the cnc
Sorry to hear it Shelby give Carveco support a shout they are excellent and will help you out for sure
@@Hinkleshop was hoping you knew! Lolol
Sorry that’s a new one for me please keep me posted on the fix
All juiced up! lol
Bucky you still makin stuff, it's been awhile.
@@karlriley1314 Visited the Hinkles for a couple weeks! Lots of content coming.
Any reason you did not just carve the profile “inside” and set the offset at .5? (Rather than math and cut the profile “along.)
Thank you for watching
I find it easier to work off of center lines but you could do it the way you suggest. what ever is easiest for the individual programmer to use that’s the method I would recommend
Thanks, I was curious. I'm only a year into this CNC.
Hi ,
What Cnc machine would you recommend?
Can it also do engraving?
Hello, I would recommend a shapeoko pro or a onefinity
@@Hinkleshop thank you Vernon, much appreciated
@@Hinkleshop No Longmill mk2?
I can’t confirm or deny their value I haven’t had any experience with one
I have no experience of Cnc or Lazer
