Great figure, and I agree with you about the fedora being off size. I ended up replacing it with the one from my Neca freddys revenge figure and it looks much better.
Mezco Toyz really killed that Freddy Krueger Figure. It almost looked like, it came out of A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) Movie. 🤩🤩🤩👍👍

Mezco did a great job when it comes to Freddy Krueger, even though he doesn't come with much in terms of accessories. The garbage can lid serves absolutely no purpose. It's just a waste of plastic to be honest. On the plus side, the figure more than makes up for it by including 4 head sculpts, which all look really good. The paint application is clean. The overall sculpt is solid. The clothing has been nicely stitched and tailored. However, the sweater could've been done better as you've already alluded to. The Fedora isn't properly sized unfortunately. I like the display stand as well. Thanks, Spot! I greatly appreciate the hard work! Keep it up! God bless and stay safe!

Definitely going with Freddy, I don't think Jason lets that face of his breath that often, kissing freddy would probably be like kissing Bacon

I am really digging the look of that figure! The only thing holding me back is the scale! Freddy will look so tiny compared to my Neca figures

@@TheReviewSpot absolutely! In fact, I think the quality of the figure looks better than the retro cloth and regular versions done by Neca. The tailoring on the clothes, paint applications, and sculpt look far far superior. To me, it looks more realistic and very accurate to the film. That’s why I am Interested in him. The only con for me is the small scale. Since I don’t have other Mezco figures, and just have Neca he would would look so small in comparison.

I guess one of the problems with the Retro Cloth figures has always been that they've had mostly solid head sculpts but the outfits have lacked some of that polished look. The One 12 though being more pricier atleast the clothing is sewn better and they actually look like smaller sized human clothes. I think NECA for the price of making retail easy to get figures their clothing suffers. I really appreciate you coming by and checking out not only this video but other videos here as well....and for leaving a comment, honestly just liking a video and leaving a comment is the best way to help out channels like mine, but again thank you for coming by
@@TheReviewSpot 100%. The retro figures clothes often look really baggy and have more of that Toyetic look to them. The head sculpts are usually good but there are some misses. And for the regular figures, I feel like some of the paint applications and articulation can be lacking. Like the regular Freddy’s for example, their heads look less like Robert Englund as Freddy and more like a cartoony version of him (especially the Dream Warriors ultimate). They often can’t bend well for poses too.
