Two best teams. Pity it wasn't the two best umpires. Correct me if I am wrong but didn't one of the umpires mess up a simple centre pass this season and cost a team a win? Very physical play let go but at least both teams got away with stuff.
So is like playing defense illegal? Sometimes, they jump other times they simply put a hand up 10 feet away to block a shot for some reason, and other times, they stand next to them like there on the same team?
😅 I don’t get it either.
in order to put your arms up, your feet must be 3ft away from the opposing players' "grounded foot" which is the first foot that player landed on. When they jump, they are getting around this rule, but must put their hands down once they land. when they're standing next to them it's because the umpire has called them for breaking a rule and they must stand "out of play".
I wish we could watch in the UK instead of having to make do with the highlights 🤔
