The EVERYTHING about perfume film

- In which Arthur's housemate, Francisco, who is now working for us part time at 4160Tuesdays while he's recording an album, joins us to have a chat about perfume.
I have time synesthesia. I didn't realize that I had it until I was around 30 years old. I thought it was normal for all humans. I retired from the Culinary Arts (just dinner parties) and it seems very comfortable to make perfumes.
I am still devastated about Baby Blue Jeans. Miss it so much. For some reason I got a very sweet lemon and baby powder from it.
It is a fine, fine creation. Have you tried Meet Me On The Corner by 4160Tuesdays? It's in the same region.
4160 Tuesdays, This is perfect! I subscribed right away!
Thank you. There's a huge back catalogue of chatting too.
Very good discussion. It is interesting that initially I couldnt smell Iso E Super, now it is quite the opposite. Perfumery is all about training nose, and identifying the note at the root.
Indeed. The brain sometimes takes a while to register what the nose delivers.
Thank you again for another informative klatch! 🫖
Re: "smelling 40 things a day"
today I got to smell a senior w/ loaded diaper in line at the market, also got to smell a glorious musty antique-y old book, rusty dusty untouched corner type smell at the second hand shop..
and back home to burn some Amber Kasturi incense.. and anoint my wrists with india temple oil..
That is a wide and varied conscious smelling day.
Sarah is my favorite in the world and I love you so much❤
You're too kind. 🙏🏻
Everything about the visual composition of this vid really works 🙂 The third of the white wall makes the colors pop (great highlights btw) and the foregrounded objects feel deliberate yet casual. Really feels like hanging out.
The plant usually features. 😄
@@SarahMcCartney4160it does, yes, but somehow (maybe the focus and the lighting? or the proximity to your top in the visual plane) it feels remarkably comfy in this one 🙂
Hello I recently bought a very hyped new fragrance Giardini di Toscana Bianco Latte and it very much reminds me of your work namely Creamy Vanilla Crumble and Rhubarb and Custard 1:29 have you smelt it or has anyone else mentioned it to you?
People do seem to be going nuts about it, but I've never smelled it myself. That is very interesting to know!
Can you put the name of the materials that you covered in the description below?
When I get a free moment. 😅
@@SarahMcCartney4160 thank you...I just meant whenever you do a video in the future. Don't worry about this one.
Do you have the same glasses?
No 😄 just similar.
I have alpha male pheromone? I put it in a formula? Don't know?🤔
Seriously, don't waste your money buying this stuff. 😮 There is no such thing as real "alpha male pheromone".
@@SarahMcCartney4160 ok
Count me in as crossmodal. 🔀 And one who appreciates a good moosk. 😄 Love Green Jeans btw! I miss that scent terribly. Shame Versace did away with it. Always fun watching you break down a perfume Sarah. ❤
4160 Tuesdays, You're awesome! Let's be friends and play together!
You're very welcome! 😁
