Interesting concept. Of course, you have used preboiled milk and curd made in advance .Thats fine. Couple of suggestions..pls use pepper powder in place of green chillies for salads .This season we get mango ginger and fresh turmeric. Just chop both finely add a pinch of salt. Best healthy pickle . For welcome drink, panagam is also good. Instead of repeating poha we can use oats soaked in curd. We can also add soaked payathamparupu(skinned green gram ).to carrots for salad. Options are actually aplenty. Ashgourd juice with ginger juveniles is tasty
Well curds can be bought too in super markets. Gita has made the meal with all the ingredients readily available at home. Thanks Gita for your innovative ideas Keep rocking🙂
