    Too many varieties with vegetables that we use but without cooking, fantastic. All that you demonstrated were are very healthy and nutritious. Ofcourse few dishes many make like Beetroot pachidi,carrot salad, mango milk shake and few dishes with poha still you added few additional dressing which are affordable and makes it tastier.     Thanks for the excellent compilation aunty. 🙏🏻🙏🏻I think post items in this are for Ekadasi menu though the ones using grains (green moong dal, poha etc) are not to be consumed on Ekadasi as Ekadasi is fasting from grains (especially full grains) and beans. 🙏🏻🙏🏻Thanks for the variety. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Madam one suggestion.. ginger and chillies can be crushed and used for more flavour.

    Interesting concept. Of course, you have used preboiled milk and curd made in advance .Thats fine. Couple of suggestions..pls use pepper powder in place of green chillies for salads .This season we get mango ginger and fresh turmeric. Just chop both finely add a pinch of salt. Best healthy pickle .
    For welcome drink, panagam is also good. Instead of repeating poha we can use oats soaked in curd.
    We can also add soaked payathamparupu(skinned green gram ).to carrots for salad. Options are actually aplenty. Ashgourd juice with ginger juveniles is tasty

    Thank you for this lovely fireless prepared meal, ideal on Vruta days. Wish you blended beetroot with jaggery to make it as a Sweet pachadi. Also a paruppu thovayal with Pottukadalai & coconut. A drop of ghee added in your preparations to make it a traditional offering. And arranged in traditional serving manner with salt and payasam too placed on leaf🤩🙏

    colorful, fresh ingredients, no onion/garlic, no tempering, and NO cooking -- easy and looks super yummy. noticed you haven't used hing at all (i would add to yogurt-poha dish). another modification would be to strain the watermelon juice. other than this, an amazing spread that nourishes and cools body/mind. great job Gita 🙏🏼🥗🌿
