    I'm not a workout person and I always have extreme cramps during my periods. I could never have imagined myself doing exercise in my periods but I took the courage and I did it. I'm feeling so good and my body feels relaxed.

    yoga experts say that the Bridge aasan must be avoided during the first three days of one's periods. Rest all the exercises are wonderful. Thank you

    Two days ago on the 2nd day of my periods i was looking for a period workout and what??? i found out this video but i did it today because of festive (holi) and i really feel great after doing this workout somehow i did because i have belly fat so I am not able to do some aasans but yeah complete the whole workout and i was really enjoying it while doing mann krra tha or krti rhi....10 mint kb over ho gye pta hi nhi chla🥰 Thank you sooo much for this video, now i saved it offline whenever i need it in my periods i will do it 😊love you gunjan di.

      U cn make is slow by urself in right corner there is setting option click on it select speed from normal to 0.75 . I do the same
