    My problem is that the game isn’t really getting harder, it’s just getting more annoying. Team building isn’t hard. Boss mechanics aren’t hard. Strategy isn’t hard. The solution to this “harder” content is to just pull these new overturned supports that slot perfectly in place to a team archetype.

    My big issue is the desire to play characters I like being uncercut by the powercreep very clearly enforcing a meta with the goal of making you pull specific characters (Ruan Mei, Robin, Sunday, Firefly and Feixiao) and then artificially inflating numbers to the point that you have to replace them later on (Seele, Silver Wolf, Jingliu, Acheron without Jiaxiou). This meta is sometimes hard to predict when you're not hyper aware of external media and can make it feel like certain characters are designed as bait to waste your pulls (like Blade or Kafka never really becoming meta).
    Making new characters worthwhile and desirable is obviously reasonable and expected. Clearly the goal is to encourage players to continously invest both time and money into the game, but having this come at the cost of reducing the viability of characters players like and have already invested resources into is simply frustrating and disrespectful towards their previous effort. The evolution should be one of new gameplay styles and mechanics (like the overwold techniques, follow up, super break, summon) or interesting designs and story relevance (Kafka, Acheron, Firefly, Rappa, The Herta), rather than making your existing teams less useful.
    Keeping the endgame challenging is an important point you brought up, but this can be done through methods other than making hp and damage numbers higher. Turn based RPGs are certainly more challenging to design in this regard compared to action games like Genshin or ZZZ. In these enemy movesets can require skillful movement or timing from the player, but innovate turn-bsed gameplay is possible. For example, changing the way the turn order works, uncleansable status effects that require different gameplay or replacing the cycle based stars with side objectives that are actually related to the fight, would keep the content enjoyable and fresh without necessarily inhibiting returning players from fully clearing.
    Of course these would be bad business decisions as they would actually make the game less predatory, but I really wish they took player feedback to heart in this regard, as they did with many other things in 3.0.

    When people discuss powercreep in HSR people seem to not discuss something pretty much built into this game, there is currently no way to make old characters stronger than their current ceiling but content will continue to get stronger. The only way to keep up with the new content is to pull for new characters (or hope a new relic set is released that can boost them up enough), this makes your teams overall stronger but not the characters you have developed a connection with. Our level cap for characters, light cones, and relics has not increased since launch and we are on 3.0. This game was probably not built with this in mind so we cant expect that to change. We'll continue with a cycle of a meta defining unit being released that trivializes content, then content being made harder to bring back the challenge, and then repeat. For the sake of incentivizing pulling new characters, it will eventually become harder to build attachment to any of them since they will eventually be pushed out of the team as a better version is released. That is if the game continues like this.

      This game will go EoS after the 3.X patch cycle. It's fundamentally flawed to the point where I think the developers themselves have no idea what they are doing.

    Power creep is not the problem. It's the speed of the power creep and the power difference isn't a creep but a tsunami.

      How so? We had 29 limited banners so far, I skipped 11(!!!) of them, then pulled 3 of them on a rerun (Ruan Mei, Robin and Jingliu, YES I skipped all 3 of them on release).
      My account is doing absolutely fine, never had any issue clearing endgame content.
      And we even have 1.X characters performing really well today, characters like Jing Yuan, Ruan Mei, Huohuo, Fu Xuan, (Kafka for DoT), hell even Himeko is meta right now.
      Imho people are overreacting a bit much and make things seem much more drastic than they actually are.
      Is the balancing perfect? No. Do we need more 4* in the game? For sure. Is HSR experiencing power creep? Most definitely. Is the power creep insane/ridiculous/extreme/crazy? Definitely not.

      Power creep isnt even fast tho. Its just fast compared to genshin. Genshin’s powercreep is extraordinarily slow compared to 99% of other gachas. Hsr is more up to speed with the usual gacha formula, but i would argue of then its significantly slower

      @@s2wuolf508 sure, there have been HP inflation but it is also followed with stronger and stronger turbulence buffs. For example, in current MoC the trotters deal upwards of 280k dmg on two elites each trotter, and there are two of them which means around 560k dmg per cycle.

    it's easy to say "we can plan our accounts" in hindsight, but right now we have no idea of how strong the upcoming supports and DPS from 3.x will be, nor how the content will be shaped after them.
    for example, robin is an amazing suport right now, and everyone is saying pull her, but what if they start making a bunch of HP DPS and HP supports that deal 3x the damage of feixiao teams and the HP inflates 3x to keep up with them? soon enough the people saying "pull robin" will be saying "it's your fault for pulling robin instead of saving for X"

    I don't care for powercreep as much since it's the basis of all gachas, what bugs me is that the lost 50/50s are a complete waste except maybe Himeko as all standards have stronger alternatives at E0 itself & its practically impossible to plan ahead without looking into leaks & stuff. Moreover, most of the new units are without alternatives & no replaceable 4* choices. I hope they reduce the 5* frequency & work on older units to promote their reruns.
    As a Summoners War player, it shows how much this game lacks when it comes to actual turn based mechanics - we don't have invincibility, immunity, consistent def brk, taunt, non brk CCs (sleep & stun), turn denial to full extent, etc.

      I think Hoyo's aversion to updating old characters is specifically an issue with standard banner characters as you will continue to encounter them even years down the line. Keeping characters like Yanqing, Bailu or Bronya relevant would make losing 50/50s far less demotivating. We haven't even gotten any new characters added to standard banner, which Genshin did with it's 3.0 if I recall correctly.

      DoT in SW is the goat, its a shame dot in HSR is terrible af, its closer to "minor inconvenience over time" instead of "damage over time".

      @backpackpepelon3867 I remember using Sath Dot team in all content that they downright made abyss bosses immune to it. Still is goat in ToA.
      Also the game has such gud dmg mechanics like ignore buffs or def or both. Shame the vio procs & devs insensitivity destroys its rep.

    The real problem with powercreep is not the bosess themselves or the characthers we pull, its the Scummy MOC/Endgame format that makes it seem that the current banner is so much better then the units we have.. the marketting gimick and banner placements dosent help too.. but the characthers we have themselves is fine... most peopel who whine about HP scalling dont even have max traces or well built relics

      i just wish they’d add more mechanics to old bosses, like how apocalyptic shadow does, or boost other stats rather than just doing hp inflation. and also a lot of times the buffs *can* apply to older characters and not just the new shiny ones, but that’s not all the time which is so annoying

      @ I agree they are just being lazy and the formats that just gives x damage or mechanic to current banner is scummy but that isn’t power creep that makes your old units useless that’s scummy dead brain dev gameplay ..they should design more bosses like aventurine (I know he’s hated but I really enjoyed the mechanic) instead of x hp to rerun boss

      I have maxed traces and good relics and HP is still an issue, it's actually a fact they're making enemies more spongy. It doesn't make things hard or interesting, it's just annoying as fuck. There's only so much extra damage you can squeeze out of relics, meanwhile hoyo can add as much HP to enemies as they want.

      @ I hardly doubt so or I wouldn’t have had 36 stars on my ratio team.. it’s a pain that you can’t auto but the units itself isn’t powercrept so much that you can’t clear end game it’s the format and the bait banners that’s giving the illusion that x unit from 1.0-20 is useless

    I dont have problem with powecreep. I have a problem with not being able to use my favorite waifu/husbando in new content. Lets say my favorite looking hero is kafka. And the next big thing is a loli. Why cant i enjoy my Kafka and force me to play full loli team to clear anything new?
    This is a developer strategy to milk players. But it should be balanced. I mean e6 jinglui is trash tier now compared to e0 Acheron.
    How can i enjoy my favorite heroes? I can pull anything new and im still mad i cant use my favorite one whenever i want.

      Yeah, one of the things that is turning me away from content creators is this mindset that I should be forced to pull meta, and if I didn't then the consequences of not being able to enjoy endgame modes are my fault. I just don't want the game to feel like a freaking chore that I have to solve. And HSR's powercreep is point blank predatory, no matter how many arguments we use to somehow turn Hoyo's greed on the player :/
      Not to mention how fucked you are if you lose multiple 50/50s with the rate at which they are releasing new 5*s and now bundling teams together to create more FOMO and get people to spend even more. At the end of the day it's ridiculous, and Mr. Pokke is clearly just trying to get twitter money out of farming ragebait at a point in time where people are very understandably fed up with the direction HSR is taking.

      I do agree, its a combination of factors. The powercreeping is fast because of how many new stronger 5 star characters are being released in a short time and the characters kits are getting quite specific and highly synergistic for playstyles and paths compared to the start of the game where simply focused on buffing your dps with any harmony character or playing DoT.
      Now to make older DPS characters like Jingliu to work you need to get their Lightcone at least and pull recent stronger Harmony characters and in the future you may have to consider Eidolons on DPS or the harmony characters to keep up.

      He did said that they were op and now they are weaker tho. And if i remember correctly, he only claims that jingliu can still clear moc with some investment, this is actually fine in a gacha game which is predatory in design (many people forget this due to how easy moc was in 1.x patch). In my opinion, this moc is hard but has not gone to the point where the difficulty is unreasonable, as many people who cannot clear simply did not do any research into team building and just play the game with shiny new units until these characters lose the turbulence buff and show their real value.

      ​@@nah-dx3wci use all of those on MOC 12 and i still clear it, maybe sometimes not 3 stars but who cares, it's only 60 jades anyway, almost any character can 2 stars MOC 12 if you build and comp them right...if you accept that those 60 jades aren't worth it, you'll actually take the stress out of the game/pulling and just enjoy doing endgame again.

    Honestly I'm gonna say this right now powercreep will always happen there will always be a new shiny character that is super "op" and "game changing" because they're new but I don't care some people may but not me if I'm pulling for someone I'm not pulling cause they're meta I'm doing it cause I like the character plus even for older units there will be future characters that make those older units shine. I say as long as you're happy then that's great, and another thing people love to complain you ask a stupid question and they'll say they would complain anyway. Also one last thing any character can be good so long as you put the time and investment to do so.

    I feel a lot of players want to minmax everything and losing a bit of Jades is a disaster.
    Bro, I play casually since 1.3 and I can do most of the end game content, usually MoC 12 2* and full PF. My vision could be distorted by my above average luck in winning 50/50, but it's the same game for everyone. If I can do it, everybody can.

      I have an above average luck in losing my 50/50s and still consistently get full clears or missing 1-2 stars, and I only pull characters I like, mainly the guys. Also Robin and RM, but even with them I have to get creative.

    My problem with hp inflation is that previous moc cycle i was struggling a lot wit the monkey boss. I played feixiao for the first half and rappa or ff with the full break team. My break team was getting its ass kicked hard. Turn out i was an idiot who had the wrong relics on Gallagher so ibwas getring oneshotted by the change phase combo attack. After changing that i cleared full stars.
    Now, this MoCeven my feixiao team stuggles to get sub-5 cylce clear for the first half ("same" boss that last time). And honestly i dont see how i could "pull better" or "plan better".
    I mean, yeah, i will wait 3 days, pull for my prefarmed THerta, and then i will kick all their asses. But it's just that. Out-of-sync MoC without new DPS just feels bad.

    Mr Pokke is a troll, that’s all there is to it. He’s the Singaporean Tectone. I don’t understand why people are engaging with him, it’s so sad. And yes, powercreep in HSR is real. And yes, it makes sense that people are complaining about it. It’s not just about whether or not you can clear end-game content, it’s about whether you can do it with units you invested time and money on in the (not so far) past. I pulled Blade and his sig on his release, I have a sick build on him and his best supports, yet I can’t use him. That sucks. And that was never the case with Genshin, where people are still clearing the most difficult content with Klee.

      @@barpeot7966 I think that it is not the players, it was content creators that were enraged with too little to speak about, so they quit creating Genshin related content. I do not know players who quit Genshin specifically due to "no endgame content" (it is there for sure in my opinion: local legends, MoC Floor 12).

    I initially heavily hated the powercreep, which is why im taking a break rn... but when i come back ill just pull the characters i like + the busted supports to help carry them
    Thank you for this video, i know this stuff should be obvious for people to know... but i appreciate how you explained it properly in a way that i no longer feel outraged by the "powercreep"
    Your content is so calm compared to most HSR media and i always forget you exist because i muted notifs. Youre genuinely underrated for this.

    People just want easy mode without having to update their teams or anything at all. If you want to clear the content you can you just have to work for it. Sometimes maybe you really don't have the characters to clear but thats mostly likely because you are new player or have not been playing the game. You can catch back up with the game and in a few patches and be back to clearing endgame like usual.
    I see so many people saying game is predatory or such and such like it wasn't predatory in 1.0 or many other times like when Luocha, DHIL, Jingliu, Ruan Mei dropped all I heard was people singing HSRs praises and shitting on other gacha games while the hp keep going up. You already knew what the game was when you started is the way I see it. If you can't clear endgame anymore don't worry about it or make the necessary arrangements to clear it.

    Well when blade builds up and hits for a grand total of 150k buffed up while his ultimate does around the same.
    Then here comes mydei hitting for a million on his build up which is not his skill or ultimate. While his skill is hitting for I think 200-300k maybe more. And his ult hits for 6-800k

    my only problem is that you cannot play the game with your favorite character thus not having fun. If you always follow the meta you'll never actually enjoy the game because you might not like the characters and but using your favorite make you loose progress. Of course there are people who enjoy big numbers more than character likness. In games we are supposed to have fun but when i play hsr or genshin i'm mostly worrying about all the characters i need to level or i won't enjoy the game itself because i'm weak. One awesome feature in hsr is the ability for you to borrow other players characters when you farm and that has saved me hours so there are ways for new players to help themselves but this is not implemented everywhere. Progression is important and i understand that some players might get annoyed from having to battle weak enemies but we can just add hard mode. Plus every new patch there is someone stronger so you need to spend to get the strongest one. I'm not an expert or anything i juat wanted to share my thoughts

    I think it's okay to have harder content, I don't think anyone really cares that their 2 cycles become 5, if you can clear the content. It's just that sometimes you CAN'T clear the content with full rewards because you didn't predict correctly.
    And I'm not saying "invest", because investing is something you can, most of the time, see the outcome. With HSR, you have to PREDICT that a unit is going to survive for a few months, or trust someone saying that, because they can tailor content to completely obliterate an unit, even with high investment. What about making all content with 5 enemies so Feixiao has a bad time? Having enemies that can't have their TB reduced to break Firefly? Or having all content except PF with 1 or 2 enemies so The Herta is done? All these can happen if they want to, and all your "investment" is wasted, because it's tailored to make it hard for older characters.
    I should've predicted that DoT would be so terrible and abandoned with no new units/relics/ornaments at this state so to never had pulled for Kafka and Black Swan? Because it's not a matter of "my 0 cycles is now 4 cycles", unless you have eidolons and LCs, you have a really head time clearing with them. And then again, all eidolons and LCs for a really bad performance? That doesn't seem fair.
    There are ways to make content harder and characers appealing (most people don't pull for meta, from what I can see) without having this issue. But they just choose NOT to do that.

    Agree with you expect that the enemies are getting difficult solely on hp inflation i.e Svarog in the most recent MOC does nothing different from the earliest MOC, hoyo compensates this with the MOC buff but it takes away the strategy of the game. I wish we can have more dynamic bosses like the Slumber Banana Monkey boss or aventurine boss fight without the crazy hp spikes. My biggest issue is the rate of hp inflation is very very fast especially recently.

    powercreep exists, but it's exaggerated. Let's take blade and compare him to fei, like Nutty said, blade have 0 dedicated supports, when feixiao had full packet of best teamates, and moc buffs were tailored for her. It's creates an illusion fei a lot stronger than blade, but on sheer paper she can be stronger only for 10%. Ofc it's hard to clear with blade when his best team is robin (atk buffs) sunday (missing summon activation buffs) and some healer. It's bad when you didn't get at least dedicated hp buffer as 4* but it's not a powecreep problem, it's devs didn't listen.. hp inflation made you feel bad, and preassured to pull for new units, because you no longer can bruteforce easily, and you need to consider enemies weaknesses and moc buffs on top of already dated supports for all 1.0 units. Jingliu and blade have 0 dedicated supports, and you know how it feels to play acheron without jiaoqiu nowadays.

    Already quit the game, personally if they want to make meta shift as fast as they set it right now. They should at least make limited currency secure every unit per released/debuting character
    Think about for f2p,once you finally completed one meta lineup for a certain period of time-lo and behold,they get powercreeped so hard that enemy have so many thing inflated in favour for newer meta lineup.
    Already felt so hurt with losing every goddamn 50-50 and missing out so many unit. Monthly pass and BP pass I bought meant nothing in this game if you want to be meta relevant,unless you're lucky HSR feel's bad to play

    As I've said before, I think it's only an issue if F2P players can't keep up and clear, and with proper planning, pulling for characters thag help you and synergize with the archetypes you're invested in, you most definitely can.

      This 100%. I started on 2.4 banner and was kinda reckless on my pulls, after 2.6 I decided to completely abandon my account and start over. But this time with proper planning, and it's doing pretty well. Only limiteds are Aventurine and Sunday, and the only DPS I'll pull is Herta and Castorice. After that mainly focus on supports as they take longer time to powercreep compared to DPS.

    7:50 - Yes, Blade is alone. Now. But Castorice and Mydei will be HP manipulators. And so, if they get teammates for themselves, Blade does, too. Just like how JingYuan got new life with Sunday. I think, Hoyo (is, yes, greedy and all, but) tries to orient towards this in HSR and Genshin, too. To come up with new units, who has similarly beneficial kits for some favoured older unit. Like how Citlali is good for Mavuika but Shenhe could be used in her place. How Chasca cares about having different elements more than who those elements are. Okay, she kinda sucks, but as she favours Pyro and Ice over Hydro, for example, I'd say she will get better in Snezh. Esp because she seems to be one of those units who's traverse gimmick can be used outside Natlan.
    They are not just going forward always coming up with totally new kits so all your older units suck. Which is kinda fun. Whu will thy buff next? 😊

    I understand it like this: 1) people that do not care about powercreep and getting all rewards possible - these people are fine with just pulling who they like, 2) people who want to get all the rewards in the game - they are worried. 2a) Those who want to clear all endgame can invest vertically/horizontally into units they do not like but need for efficient clearing (e.g. I hate Robin, but I have her on one of my accounts since I decided to try out FuA team) and 2b) Those who want to clear all endgame, but only like to play their favorite characters - these can simply get their characters' eidolons up to E6 to avoid powercreep. And just to be clear: F2P or Dolphin or Whale - these categories exist separately from the above ones, F2Ps (like me) just have to take up more strategic decisions about what characters to pull and thus spend more time watching HSR guides, sometimes spend more time to clear Stage 12 in time, etc.

    The speed of the creep kinda bugs me though. And with returning banners coming in, it'd be nice if it felt good to invest in older characters. Like without even buffing, boost their pull odds and make their banners cheaper in comparison.
    I don't need the biggest thing, but the biggest thing has been coming in preeeeetty frequently across for a bit and I don't see that settling down. I really want newer players to have fun jumping in and enjoying all of the characters on offer
    I also kinda would like more diversity in endgame encounter design. Like if more got counters, summons meter mechanics, resource consumption, I dunno they could mix things up beyond HP bloat

    People judged the game too early. There are only 2 Versions in this game to compare.
    Like did people forgot that most of the 1.X chars in Genshin also very much forgetable? Yes there are some that are still useful but so too HSR like Pela, Tingyun, Ruan Mei, etc.
    Version 1.X is always the experimental stage for every gacha games. Tourists & New players need to know this.

      Enlighten me what thisetc etc from 1.0 that able or still works.
      If im taking the comparation to unit 1.0 in Genshin, There is Hutao, Zhongli, Childe, Xiao, Kazuha, even Venti still could make it work for grouping if the stage force you too. but HSR? Blade and Jingliu need at least their Sig or E1 to 'barelly' compete with roster now, DoT stay in the DoT without any upgrade beside Black Swan or Robin. Asta being left in the dust since so many harmony that able to advance forward that Speed Buffer ult like asta almost cant overnothing beside DDD Bot. And dont make me start with that '4 hourse man 1.0 Genshin ' *4 unit at C6.
      The Problem is how Dev tune the End game that asking player "cmon did you wanna make your character works in ever content? invest with every support and eidolon + LC she need" and 3 patch later its get beaten by E0 S1 Character that require less support and deal more dmg and can be tune too to 0 cycle clear if you that sweaty. So ya HSR dev its just become closer and closer to HI3. at that point better drop this game and either move on or finding better game...... or... you know.... psst Balatr-

      @Kindi001 There are lot of factors too realisticly speaking. Not only HSR don't have elemental reaction (means more limited synergy) they also have more endgame modes in just 2 Versions. (Thus why some Genshin 1.X chars have more usage rate than HSR 1.X chars, the E.Reaction carried the team).
      BUT good news is If we are taking Jingliu for example, last MoC she clears faster than Acheron using Sunday + Robin. And for Kafka & Blade [Spoiler Alert] HP meta is coming in 3.0 + DoT support. This means meta cycle is happening in the game starting from 3.X.
      My point is some aspect are inevitable since turn based mechanic have more limitations & rules, but I don't think HSR devs are ignorants, people just need to chill a bit and wait.

      @@jerryeljeremy7790 Naaaaah~ for me AS and MoC basically same mode, that you need break your enemies more faster to take advantage the buff for more faster clear thats it. so only 2 mode PF and MoC/AS, also when you say about Acheron, what team she use? you say about 3 limited 5* Unit again only Acheron and 2 Nihility 4 star unit such as Pela Luka/ Sampo? or is this Jiaoqu Acheron Pela ? because if the different only 1 cycle then that hefty price just to have 1 cycle faster *ONLY* for this MoC rotation. which is kinda sad dosent it?
      also about the upcomming unit, eehhhhh i dont really take that srsly except the data or already in Beta about it. At this point i really dont care what ever unit they put out because how bad how they design and handle the end game. That also make me thinking i better save like whole patch and pull E2 Strong unit and their LC than "Pull this Support this will change Every thing, This Harmony unit will bring back the old meta, This Support is must pull, etc etc"

    My only problem with this "proper management" and "smart planning" arguments is that
    One is forced to pull for units that one doesn't like, Just to make the units one like viable.
    For example:
    People who want to play Feixiao kind of have to get Robin. Otherwise their Feixiao is too underwhelming.
    E.g. a team on Svarog's side:
    Feixiao
    Topaz
    Moze
    Aventurine
    Won't be able to 3 star clear methinks. But maybe I'm wrong. That's just something I have heard from other youtubers.
    What do you think?

      this is true, HSR simplistic design where a unit only have 1 skill, the only thing you can do in this game is basically team building. compare it to a traditional turn based JRPG such as Final Fantasy where every character basically have access to every magic, so if an enemy is weak to fire you can use fire based magic, attack or summons. where in HSR if an enemy is weak to fire you cant force Feixiao to deal fire based attacks, and those are just for enemy weakness you can also gear based on the element of the enemy is using, example the enemy is using fire based attack, used gear with fire resistance. and many more mechanics. TLDR HSR has no depth in gameplay just team building

      You're literally not forced to pull characters you don't want to make one you do want useable. I got Feixiao and she does just fine with Hunt March and my normal harmony+sustain. It's whale/spreadsheet minmaxer/content creator brainrot to think you NEED the absolute pinnacle whale setup as a team to simply clear everything with 3 stars.

      Well thats the game you want to play followup than get the followup support. I seen Blade clear Svarog though and Feixiao is definitely stronger than Blade so there still shouldn't be too much problem even without Robin.
      You can use Bronya, Sparkle, Sunday or Ruan Me with Feixiao not using a support at all and using 2 Hunt units is not the right move.

      Well most players don't care about the endgame to begin with. I don't see any casual players worried about clearing endgame or torturous difficulty Simulated Universe modes because they know its hard and they don't want to sweat.
      If someone want to clear the endgame than they need to be willing to make the effort to do it. I see Blade mains still clearing at E0S0 most new E0S0 dps that a player could pull for during 2.x are stronger than E2S1 Blade at the very least.

      People would still complain about not being able to complete the new modes thats the crux of the issue people just want to clear everything easily in perpetuity without pulling anymore or having to change their strategy.
      This MOC is not even that crazy I saw E0S0 Blade with E0S0 supports(Jade, Robin and Lynx) clear Svarog in 5 cycles and True sting in 4 cycles. I myself did Svarog in 5 cycles with Firefly, Ruan Mei, Harmony MC and Gallagher the same comp I've been using since 2.3. and True Sting with Acheron, Jiaoqiu, Pela and Aventurine a team I've been using since 2.4. You could easily skip Black Swan, Sparkle, Robin, Boothill, Jade, Yunli, Feixiao, Lingsha, Rappa, Fugue and Sunday and been completely fine to just save for 3.x at that point.

    Oh yea its not that insane, except feixiao can stack 2 860% ultimates while Seele's ultimate is 425% with a 75% damage bonus.
    EVERY dps has to come with a weakness ignore or implant ever since Acheron came out to the point that accounting for weakness isnt even a part of the game.
    I just 36 starred MoC with firefly because the ice and imaginary characters for side 2 of MOC no longer deal enough damage to keep up with 1.6 million hp (twice btw)
    Like, I come from AFK arena. I know how bad power creep can get especially with the new dragon faction in that game. HSR's power creep is, in fact, that insane.

      not worth it imo. Wasting almost 2 years of resources. Though, after witnessing Therta's eidolons, that might actually be a great idea. Come to think of it, you can only use 8 characters for each mode. Therta clears all 3 contents, and all of her teammates are given for free (Except Serval;s and Pela's eidolons I guess). That's 1 team checked out. As for another team, it shouldn't be a problem. No matter what, you are going to have to reset the board one-way or another. Core members of crit carry are going to be replaced. New archetypes with new relics sets are on the way, so we have to start farming those from 0 any way. The only thing bad about getting new account is abandoning my eagle-sets and S15 DDD... Nvm, it's still not worth.
