your video was wonderful. i will definately incorparate that. I have lost so much weight, but my arms have become so saggy. i tried weight lifting but it is only making the arms to look more bigger and is not tackling the firmness and tone. i need help and i workout a lot. pls help

u are very very good. this my first time watching your videos and I like it very very much. because u can do it at home , office, break, hotel or anywhere, and u don't need any equipment or gym, plus I'd someone has medical problems they can do the one sitting down, which I have don't seen it yet but I am going to look for that video. but keep up the great work n keep making it simple.

I like the video but I wish it was more informative. so it leaves me with a few questions to ask. How do we position our legs and feet are they close together or shoulder width apart and are our knees bent or locked in place??? I would like to know the do's and don'ts

Not sure you'll get the same results doing this without dumbbells and planks. A combo of all is probably best.
