[Marketing Secrets] Small Problems Can Lead to Big Headaches

Do you address small issues within your business before they become a real problem?
We don’t always do this as there are times that we just brush off that issue without thinking about the repercussions that could come in the future.
For example, at Look Ahead Marketing, we are actively working at building stronger relationships with those who are on our email list (yes that means you). And we have been punching out short little videos just like this one. Well the last one that went out, I didn’t see it.
When I went to my team to find out what happened, we discovered that there is a legacy problem from before. We used to own 2 businesses and run both of them from one CRM. Then we sold the other business but didn’t remove everything from the CRM. So the business that no longer exists in our worlds is now giving us larger problems.
When I think about it, this is an analogy in life and business.

What is the thing that’s causing you problems?
Is there something that is festering that you are avoiding?
If you don’t get them handled then they will go from being small issues to huge problems which will force you to deal with them. So your lesson for today is those little things that are nudging you, don’t ignore them as they will just grow bigger.
