[Marketing Secrets] Maximizing your Customer Reach
How are you reaching your customers?
Have you ever thought about it?
It is important to reach customers through various platforms beyond just email. Using multiple communication methods such as text messages and mailing out postcards can help improve customer engagement and participation in events.
When we started using these different methods, we noticed an increase of people who showed up and engaged in our events like Courage to Launch. If you are just relying on email, you may not receive the results that you are looking for. Try these methods for your next event. Build out different ways that you build relationships with your customers. Trust me when I say that they work as I have tried everything to increase the amount of people who show up to our events.
