There's a dead drow male in Waukeen's Rest you can question using Speak With Dead and when you ask "What is your occupation" he just says "...male..." I fucking howled
Yeah, I talked to that guy. I was like, "Sir, I realized you're oppresed and all, but could you be a little more specific? Are you like, a raiding specialist, or somebody's boy-toy who got roped in anyway?"
@@baskazdunk there is an item of headgear you can get if you have the digital delux version. its a 4 faced helmet, and from the info on the steam page, it can let you change your appearance/race/body type ect. that might be useful for some folks. one review said its the best way to see everyhting the game has to offer, without having to do multiple playthroughs.
Oh wow, I had no idea I could actually talk to him. I stumbled across them and it initiated combat so the time I found him, he was just a body to loot.
I used basilisk oil on Dhourn, and the Spectator quickly turned him into a wet puddle. Fortunately all of his loot survived, and I told the rest of the crew to skedaddle, being a female Drow. I assume they'd remain aggro after the Spectator is dead if I weren't.
@@ObakeOnna It depends on a variety of factors, but no, they don't always aggro on you, whether you're a female Drow or not. If the spectator releases Dhourn from his stony prison and Dhourn is then killed by the spectator in the fight, the other drow will not aggro the player, regardless of which race or gender you are. They might be rude and condescending towards you, but they won't attack you unless you attack them first. Talking to them reveals that they are only there on behalf of Dhourn and now that he's dead, they don't give a flying fuck what you do with the information on the forge and they just wanna go home. If you use basilisk oil on any of the other remaining drow statues after that, they will also not aggro you and instead will just sort of stand around and say one or two lines when spoken to. If Dhourn survives the fight and you're not a female drow, he will always rally the remaining surviving drow against you and you'll have to kill all of them. If you kill Dhourn yourself in the fight with the spectator, the other drow will also turn on you and you will not get a chance to talk to them beforehand. This might have changed more recently, though, since the last time I took that option was a few patches ago. It is possible that the other drow won't attack you, even if you kill Dhourn during the spectator fight. Like most things in this game, it depends mostly on player actions, but female drow get an extra line of dialogue that makes it easier to convince Dhourn to walk away and hand over his research.
Everyone is pointing out the time Mini said they typically kill 3rd sons after mentioning Gale has 3rd kid vibes, but to me the fact that she could even discern those characteristics implies that she herself knew 3rd sons, and that some families didn't off their kids regardless of how many of that gender they had Idk, just something I thought about a bit too much
