Hello Dr. Cissy.. I would like to know,, I am starting my PLAB journey. I would like to know, does it increase my chances of getting a job in UK if I do electives there?
It depends on you and your partner..its probably harder than if you are back home due to less social support but people do it all the time so i don't see why not
Hello cissy iam preparing for Mrcp psych out uk and I wish to know is the degree of the exam for paper A& B is effect ur work opportunities or not and how
i am not sure i entirely understand your question but i don't think paper a and B alone affect your work opportunities much. maybe if you do all the exams including the casc and get full mrcpsych membership, that's more likely to be helpful
Please Musawo,Uganda needs you more. Dr patient ratio for Uganda is 1:25000 citizens... UK has many qualified doctors and of recent their politics is hostile to foreigners. Just come back home
Always amazing content, I'm from Kenya and it's amazing how well you put your content out💚
Thanks Emmanuel 😄

Hello Dr. Cissy.. I would like to know,, I am starting my PLAB journey. I would like to know, does it increase my chances of getting a job in UK if I do electives there?
Also I would like to know, is it difficult for two Immigrant doctors to start a family sooner in UK? I and my fiancee are in the PLAB journey together
I think it does increase your chances but its not essential.. so good if you can do it but not to be too stressed about it if you can't
It depends on you and your partner..its probably harder than if you are back home due to less social support but people do it all the time so i don't see why not
Thank you for the replies @Dr.Cissy Atwine.. Highly appreciated
