You have demonstrated the speed of water leaving the shower head is faster the finer the jets. No shower head can increase pressure. When water leaves the shower jets it accelerates and the wider the jets the slower the speed of the water leaving the shower head. The finer the jets the faster the water leaves the shower head. The faster the speed of the water leaving the shower head the higher it rises before gravity acting on the water causes it to reach a maximum height. No shower head can increase pressure. To get a good shower you need 6 litres a minute to wash away suds and a good spray pattern above your head and I am not convinced this shower head will give that with just 1 metre head of water which you get in typical upstairs showers with a cold water tank in the loft.
Well, just having smaller holes in any shower head would make the water go higher: just like putting your finger over the end of a hose.

It is still working to be honest. It's been a decent shower head

Its says the beads do that but id very much doubt they really make any difference.

possibly is i just bought it off Amazon are the Stone Streams actually any better, this ones still going strong now had no complaints with it so far
