Glad y’all are bringing back the old netting this summer, the new material is too stiff to tie with and just difficult in general, although the green and yellow colors are perfect!
My buddy and I will be going to Sheboygan and Pigeon Rivers next weekend. Any tips for someone who’s never done it before? I was planning on using inline spinners and streamers with a fly rod.
I've caught big browns on oak orchard creek. Beauties! But Milwaukee i really think has the largest numbers of giants! Probably has something to do with their german genetics and just the right river conditions. Muddy banks, great brown trout habitat!
The new spawn netting is garbage, the new colors are great, but please go back to the old material. The new stuff is so stiff and rigid, no need to reinvent the wheel, because that was the best stuff out there forever. Not anymore sadly.
Love your video ! The Milwaukee river system is huge so many miles of branches that flow to lake Michigan.
Good video! I used to fish for Steelhead and Salmon in Northern Indiana. A lot of fun!

Not feeling the new spawn netting what’s the reason for the new materials? Harder to get good looking sacs now because the netting is stiff.
Thanks for your input. Old netting will be back in stock this summer.

Thanks for providing your input. The old netting will be back this summer. Keep in mind, the rolls remain the same as always and never changed.
