- Now playing: A/Div: Alaska.
Griffin Colapinto, Tyler Warren, Becca Speak and Eithan Osborne point their compasses north and head to an isolated stretch of icy points, reefs, and bays where heavy weather calls the shots and your survival instinct remains fully charged.
Jump aboard The Viking and relive the Crew’s adventure, as told through their voices and directed by Billabong Ambassador and outdoor photographer/filmmaker Chris Burkard.

Bears on the beach. Camping? Sharks 2?
Not too sure the vikings ever made it to Alaska... But cool vid.
Glad you got the team out to empty waves, and scored! What an adventure.
Although I am wondering if you went to "Kodiak Island", why are they poring over a map of Montague Island at 3:00 in the video? Since the "2 Day" and the "Viking" boats featured in the video are based in Seward, Alaska that seems like quite the charter trip. :) Also you should have visited Hope, Alaska because it hosts the Turnagain Arm tidal bore on the way between Anchorage and the charter boats in Seward. That would be a convenient stop for the team to get some great footage. Anyway, next time maybe try San Juan Bay, it appears to have waves and a great camping spot near the river.
Lynn,
If you truly knew alaska, you'd realize not only do you not have to be in Hope to catch the bore, but that they were in hope in this video as well as did catch and ride the bore tide. But maybe you should captain them.
6:04 "will we be able to post on social media?" WTF⁉️ the kids these days disappoint the hell outta me‼️🙄
