    Thank you for this video. HOw do you manage the property registration/bong/transfer costs? Or do you ensure that the profit will cover these costs, including the selling costs?

      I get a good deal from my attorneys on the costs but yes, margins should definitely allow for these costs and the deal should still make sense.

    Nice 👌 did you say 50th or Fifth property?
    Do you advise to buy cash or bond when you flip?

      YUp - nr 50! We almost always buy with a bond as it is a cheap source of money.
      The only time we do not is when the property is too dilapitated and the bank does not want to finance for that reason.
