Her review was lacking. I have one and it is great. It is not hard to clean at all. that purple pad on those white teeth comes out and keeps the teeth clean. The rest you use soap and water. She did a POOR job at showing how to use. You have to use force behind cutting. She was doing an easy push. You have to use force on the top and the food goes right in chopped and all. I was shaking my head during her demo. Painful to watch and a disservice to the company. Buy and try it from Target which is where I got mine, and if you don't like it, take it back. Its not better than my old Vidalia chopper with 2-diff size dice blade. This OXO chopper has only one size blade. Vidalia made nice sized small diced onions which was nice to have to add diced onions to all kinds of recipes. I just got this one from Target. This one, I can't see how to remove the ENTIRE white part to wash the clear dish after chopping. Design needs improvement. Its not clean-friendly.
