There was a plastic shard inside the part where you fished out the transparent Lego - thank you so much for your video, that was the first time I had ever been able to fix such an intricate device! Cheers!
You are a legend dude! Thanks for the video. I seriously almost junked mine. I popped it right off, cleaned the hair off it. Put a little shot of silicone spray in the bearing, it freed it right up and it is working flawlessly. Thanks again!
Thanks for this video! I had the same noise...AND I found that the screws on the bottom of that piece were not tightened. It had never been taken apart before....wonder if the factory didn't get the screws tight enough and in time they worked loose.
Did you try changing the roller first? I was having the same issue with mine, was about to throw it out when I decided to take the roller out to use in my other Eufy - when I put the roller in my good working Eufy, made the same noise - so I put the original in, works fine again. Then to test my theory, I put a space roller brush into the Eufy that was giving me all the trouble and voila working normal again
Hi Rougue, yeah that had happened on another one of these I had. The rollers do seem to work themselves loose and as a result they get out of shape and rattle around in the housing. A new roller fixed that one up too!

I can't believe this worked, THANK YOU so much!!! God bless! xo
Unfortunately they don’t put any thread locker on those screws and they back out. I’d put a little on them if it does it again. Enjoyed the video thx
Be glad it didn't hit a dog poop on the floor. I've seen a video of the mess that made.
Thank you
Where'd you find the replacement part online? I'm having the same issue, and no luck finding it
