    Maintenence!Maintenence!!Maintenence!!! There should be a team of people dedicated to cleaning of the pipes and steelwork regularly, probably one weekend every month.That would keep the parts looking new for longer.

    • @dadakayode5517
      @dadakayode5517 10 місяців тому +1

      Yes, I agree with you but not necessary to clean the pipe but special ways of maintaining all the equipment. Because all the equipment are made of different parts that have life span which should be changed when due with spare parts in the store. also, ensure the machining section of the maintenance comes up running. for the refinery to run without hitches that responsibility lies in the hands of we Nigerians from Top to Bottom. The MD would like to outsource the parts that can be produced in the workshop to a foreign company or purposely allow the plant to run without Preventive and corrective maintenance which will lead to the collapse of the refinery. This saboteur can only work with collaboration between the Boss and the people in the maintenance section. surely, they will collect their cut. In all these bad attitudes from the workers, Nigerians suffer it. Now we all suffer from it both the Boss and the junior staff. May God help as citizens to change our thinking and orientation. AMEN
