      Rehabilitation of nigeria refineries is not a product of dis administration; d previous administration did everything. Dis administration just happen to b in at d time deh are reaching completion. Tinubu's supplementary and 2024 budget does not have one line item for rehabilitation of refineries. All praise goes to Buhari

    So happy to see Nigerians working here. Also want to commend NNPC Limited for providing the update. I advce other goverment MDA to do same on critical national projects. It goes a long way in making Nigeria keep faith with the government and their country. Petroleum importation will eventually be a thing of the past. We will move from importer to next exporter. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria

    I know we need power to be able to run the plant, hence the need this video is stressing on the electrical part. However I would be more impressed when the plant starts running optimally

      Buhari did the reforms that enabled NNPC Limited to give the contract in 2021 after PIA Act was signed into law by Buhari. so calm done man

    All hands must be on deck at Port Harcourt refinery to achieve the deadline date December, 2023 and if it means for the GMD-NNPC to relocate to the site, he should do because we can't afford to have another movement of goal post of completion.

    I don't know why Nigeria and Nigerians are going for nuclear power for electricity. A country as big and smart as Nigerians should be able to use nuclear power 🔋 to generate electricity in Nigeria. Let Nigerians request for the permission to open a nuclear plant to generate electricity.

    The state should not be running refineries. This is just a monumental drain on scarce resources. Please privatise these places. The best brains are never employed. Lest i forget, you are competing against new and modern refineries that have lower production costs. Look at the billions spent on turn around maintenance, salaries and pensions. What a national watse of resources.

      This is the danger of half-truth. Try to get accurate information before making such categorical statement like this. For your awareness, there are 2 plants in the premises, the old and the new PH Refinery. The delivery date for the old is Dec 2023 and the new, Dec 2024. These timelines were clearly communicated to the public and it has stayed so. Visit the facility to see the work progress, I'm sure you will withdraw your statement.
