This is me at 61 after 34 years in the Army
I posted that comment 7 years ago. It's been 2.5 years since I decided to make a transformation and now at almost 65 I'm in the best shape of my life. I dropped 65 pounds and toned up and can move around and do things better than I did in my 20's. It's never too late to make the changes. And, I still enjoy my little bit of wine and weed, "all things in moderation."
I have watched this at least ten times...always chuckling and smiling at the end.
