I have a dexta ..pump is much the same do have any tips on freeing up a stuck plunger. Without a strip down..tried wd 40 several times it seem quite jammed..thanks in advance
I found the plungers usually gum up with diesel and fill the the inlet pipe with brake cleaner and let it soak. Remove the delivery valve and you can put brake cleaner in to the top of the barrell too. It is possible to use a tool to lift the plunger off the cam and work it up and down and rotate it too. This usually works. Might take a while but it has worked for me in the past.
