Hey Stefan, I'm using your bodyweight program and I'm trying to get stronger and faster during this time. Do you still recommend I do the workouts three days a week? considering I train soccer everyday.
That depends on your work capacity and how you feel during the week. If you are new to resistance training and haven't built up that work capacity yet, then 3 workouts along with training sessions might be too much. But if you feel good and feel like you are able to complete all of your sessions to the fullest extent, then carry on. It just depends on your body and how much you are able to handle without overdoing it 👍
