How to replace the rubber seals around your UVPC windows for little money
saving money stopping draugh and noise.
Wanted to bring this to the channel after replacing mine and feeling and hearing a big change
for a little time and effort, also not a lot of money
You might only need 1 or 2 windows doing, but it is worth while
The old rubbers are sqaushed and fail to work as they were intended when new
You will find the window openers a little stiff to close once done, due to the new rubber.
Showing you just how good the replacement is working.

Some great advice here. I fit UVPC windows and People forget about the noise loose fitting rubbers let in. Its just not the heat loss. Noise is a big part

my husband has tried to change ours one window went well but another won't keep the seal in, it keeps popping out. now we have an unsealed window, any tips please it bloody cold. Thanks

Hi, this did happen to my friends we did, the seems window frame seems to eithier shrinks of bows a little especially if in direct sunlight on a south facing building. What we did is order the next size up seal for that window, just a 1mm size up should do the trick

This video is only for Rubber Seals so would not try this with yours, without seeing the grey seal sorry I cannot help
