- This is a wireloom or harness tuck tutorial made a little simplier. On a mk6 Fiesta ST150
I was inspired by @MendItModIt and had the idea from Daniel Cole to make this easier by not needing to disconnect the main cable fuse from the alternator. This can all be done from the engine bay with relative ease and basic tools.

The wire tidy does make it look soo much better. I’m glad you’ve found a way to do it without jacking the car up etc. Now I know it can be done, something I might give a try in the future.

I know there are other videos of this out there but wanted to show how easier it is this way by not having to mess under the car 😁
What you could do Andy is cut off the old wiring that protrude from the inlet manifold, this will make the overall finish a little smoother, otherwise it looks really smart as is
You can't cut off the wiring? As you need it surely 🤣 or I may of read it wrong.
The engine bay now is really clean and looking greater than new

Am I the only one who prefers the original st engine cover? Everyone takes them off but I prefer the clean look they give
Yeh I think you may be one of the few that likes it. I mean don't get me wrong it doesn't look bad. Be nice painted to match an engine bay theme. But once you do an aftermarket air intake it's a hell of a lot of plastic to keep. I love the look of showing more of the engine
Looks fantastic, thanks for directing me to this video - ive got to do my valve cover gasket, and i managed to find an alloy valve cover which I plan on painting so this will help show it off and tidy up the bay so much.
Side note; have you had any issues with your valve cover leaking since you did the gasket?
Oh a metal cover is cool to of gotten. They can be powder coated compared to mine just being painted. No issues at all. If anything I ended up over tightening mine as seen later in the video so cracked my paint 😭 can't tell unless looking closer though

So the gloss black covers were from Paintmodz. I've got a video on them. Great quality and I'm gonna look to get the caps they do for that more uniform cleaner look
Hi mate looks tidy as , just wondering the injector leads I found that I had a lot of extra length on the wires how did you manage to wrap and tuck them behind the fuel rail ? Thanks
Thanks man. To be honest I'd have to check the video again myself haha as I just remember wrapping the hell out of them with the tape and it's snug, I made sure to try not to stress the wires so they may go to the left before heading to the right. If that makes sense
