I'll usually gently massage the base of my cat's ears and she loves this. Cat ears are sensitive, so I don't want to risk hurting her ears. She starts purring and pushing her ear "into" my hand/fingers I remember seeing that the anti flea/worm treatment I regularly give her helps prevent/treat ear mites. I'd never heard about them prior. After some research, I definitely didn't want her to deal with that - looks so uncomfortable 😬
I'm glad I found your channel loaded with info I actually kow when my cats scratching it's just sacratching but by telling me about the odors and stuff coming from them it's an eye opener Ty
My advice, take cotton balls, run it under very warm water, squeeze out all of the water, roll it in your hands into the shape of a tampon and swirl it in their ears once a week. My cat loves it and goes limp.
I don't know what to think. Is this video the truth or is there an agenda hiding behind it? I've been lead to believe that I can cure it with 5 days if organic olive oil drops.
@@riodejaneiro664 Mites can be seen or traces of them can be seen. If it’s mites buy medicated drops. My cat scratched his ears from a food allergy-special food no more scratching. Infection also possible, so maybe get another opinion! 🐈

same with the massage. that's also how i learned my cat is ok with me putting a finger in her ear when cleaning/treatment would be needed.
Thank you so much about this information. Very helpful
