You explain their problem in every video...but never give US examples on how to be proactive. Remain calm, be positive...can you give us examples or excercises?
My personal experience as a parent of hyperactive children (and I have adhd myself) is that the brains of these children need to be stimulated on high levels, but with as little force as possible.
